Some closings just mean a little more. I’ve been working with this client since February, and her journey to homeownership was anything but a straight line. We wrote offers. We received counters. We tried to make the terms work for her situation and sometimes, they simply didn’t.

There were moments when it felt like we had been searching forever. Then we found a home she LOVED…only to be outbid.

That one hurt. But we kept going because buying a home isn’t just about getting an offer accepted. It’s about finding the right home AND making sure the terms make sense for you.
And finally… ❤️🏠we found it. The house that checked the boxes. The house that felt right. The house that was meant for her.

This is the part of real estate I love most. Not just handing over keys but staying beside my clients through the offers, counters, disappointments, negotiations, and uncertainty until we get to the moment they’ve been waiting for. So if you’re searching for a home right now and starting to wonder, “Is this ever going to happen for me?”…keep going. The right opportunity may take time. And having a strategy, understanding your options, and knowing when to negotiate versus when to walk away can make all the difference.

Thinking about buying a home?

DM me “HOME” and let’s talk about your goals, your timeline, and what a smart buying strategy could look like for YOU.

Another special closing in the books! 🏡✨

Congratulations Karel & Kaman on completing your FIRST home purchase! 🎉

This one was extra special because not only were they referred to me by a past client, but I also had the opportunity to help someone I’ve known since middle school. It’s such a full circle moment to now be part of such an important milestone in their lives. ❤️

And we put that VA loan to work! 🇺🇸 Their VA loan allowed them to purchase with zero down payment, and in this market, I was also able to negotiate for the seller to pay their closing costs.

So they walked away from the closing table having put basically nothing out of pocket. 🙌🏽

What an incredible achievement! Congratulations Karel & Kaman, and thank you both for your service. 🇺🇸🏡

I’m so happy I got to be part of this one! ❤️

Another set of keys handed over 🔑

This client found me through Instagram. They weren't even planning to buy and had no rush, no urgency, just casually browsing. Then we found a deal in Inspirada too good to pass up.

We negotiated $15K off list price. Seller covered the majority of closing costs. First home, first negotiation win, and it happened fast once the right property showed up.

This is why I always say: sometimes you're not ready to buy until you see the right deal. Then everything changes.

Congrats to my clients on their first home in Inspirada 🏡

And if you're into cooking, go follow @bobbiscocinaseasonings they make incredible fresh ingredient seasonings. Support them.

Thinking about buying in Henderson or Inspirada?

Comment "BUY". Let's see what's out there.

Congratulations to my awesome friends on the purchase of your beautiful new home!
