✨ FROM F1 TO Z1 — A 10TH BIRTHDAY BUILT FOR A CHAMPION 🏁❤️ ✨

One big vision — and a whole lot of sweet details.

For Zayne’s 10th birthday, we transformed the world of F1 into Z1 and created a luxury dessert display designed to make a statement. 🏎️🍰

From the Z1 cupcakes and F1-inspired sugar cookies, to cakesicles, Oreo cookies, chocolate-covered strawberries and our white chocolate ganache mousse mini desserts, every element was designed to fit the theme.

But the show-stopper?
🍓✨ The strawberry tower — the centrepiece that brought the whole display together.

And of course, the custom dessert cart, luxury styling and carefully curated details made this one unforgettable birthday setup.

A huge thank you to @balloonmagic22 for trusting us completely with such a special celebration. 🤍

She trusted us to create the full design without seeing it beforehand, gave us the freedom to do what we do best, and allowed us to work without interference.🥹🥰

That level of trust means everything. 🥹🤍

Happy 10th Birthday, Zayne! 🏁🎂

Here’s to double figures, big dreams and a whole lot of sweetness. 🥂✨

SCOTLAND TO MANCHESTER… FOR A BIRTHDAY THAT DESERVED NOTHING LESS THAN VIP. 🏎️🔥

When Hayley had a vision for Zayne’s Z1-themed birthday, she knew exactly who to call…
and you know we had to bring it to life, VIP style. 🖤

We travelled all the way from Scotland to create something truly unforgettable, transforming the most beautiful @blancstorystudio ohh this place is made for making memories that last a lifetime.
Amazing place !

And honestly… THIS ONE WAS A VIBE. ✨

From the vision to the finer details, seeing everything come together was everything we love about what we do.
When creativity meets the right team, magic happens.

A huge thank you to the amazing Hayley for trusting VIP Events to bring her vision to life. Collaborating with people who share the same passion for creating something extraordinary is what it’s all about. 🤍

At VIP Events, we don’t just turn up and set up…
we create EXPERIENCES.
The kind that little ones remember, parents treasure and guests talk about long after the party ends.

🏁 ZAYNE’S 10TH — WELCOME TO THE Z1 GRID 🏁

When luxury meets Formula 1, this is what it looks like.

For Zayne’s 10th birthday, his mother didn’t just plan a party she built an entire racing world. From the illuminated Z1 arch to the custom trophy podium, checkered pit lane, VIP lounge pods, and driver’s helmet on display every detail was engineered for the win. 🏆

This is easily one of the most elevated kids’ setups we’ve styled to date full-scale, full-throttle, full luxury.

Happy 10th, Zayne. Start your engines. 🏎️✨

One venue. Two completely different environments.

Room one centred around the party, a bespoke dancefloor, dynamic lighting and a fully integrated sound system.

Room two was completely transformed with fitted carpet, full-height draping and layered lighting.

Production designed as one experience, flowing seamlessly across both spaces for this fun themed celebration.

💖@balloonmagic22 🎀 Smaller in scale, but never smaller on detail. ✨

I genuinely LOVE this one.

We’re known for our big transformations and we absolutely love creating them, but there’s something so special about taking that same level of design and bringing it into your home.

Over the years our style has evolved so much — cleaner designs, bespoke details and knowing exactly when a setup needs more… and when it doesn’t.

This one feels like us. 💗
Beautifully designed, perfectly detailed and full of those little Balloon Magic touches.

Your home. Your celebration. Our Magic touch. ✨
