These drink stirrers stole the show! First time I’ve done these and what a hit! They add to your theme, can tell a story, or just add some fun! Definitely will do these again!
Of course, who else but Peg @balloonspixie to create them so perfectly!

Let’s not forget about the cake! What’s a celebration without one?! Every detail here complimented our backdrop and motorcycle and emblem motif. AND it tasted as good as it looks!

Setting the theme, describing the person we are celebrating is always one of my top priorities. Decorations have to have meaning, tell a story, describe the person, especially when it’s a milestone birthday like this one.

Peg @balloonspixie just gets it! As we work together, party after party, each event she just amazes me with her talent and her commitment to making every detail I send her come to life. Customization at its finest. 🏍️

We started out tying knots and found ourselves tying friendships. More than building garlands, we’re building moments that make people feel special. Happy National Girlfriends Day to the crew that keeps helping me grow in this business and as a person. So grateful for each of you. 💜

There’s nothing more iconic than the New Year’s Eve countdown…

So we made it part of the décor ✨

Instead of just watching the clock hit midnight,
we brought the countdown into the space with numbered balloons —
turning a moment into a full experience.

From 10… all the way down to 1… 🖤

It became a focal point, a photo moment, and something guests actually interacted with.

Because the best parties don’t just look good…
they create moments people remember.

If she loves Starbucks… say less ☕️💚

We turned her obsession into the entire vibe ✨Thanks to @balloonspixie for making my absurdly VENTI coffee idea come to life!

From the custom coffee cup moment to every sweet treat + detail, this setup was giving full coffee shop takeover ☕️

☕️ Signature green everything
☕️ Coffee-inspired decor
☕️ The ultimate “let’s grab coffee” aesthetic
☕️ Personalized touches that made it feel next level

Because birthdays should feel like your favorite thing… just magnified

You don’t always have to go crazy, you just have to get creative. Empty Iced coffee bottle used as decor, a Starbucks sign purchased on @etsy, some little green florals, and green paper goods, and utensils, put them in a cute caddy by @liveitupbyjh and tie it all together.

Turning 18 deserved a moment.

Balloon installation, marquee numbers, and a backdrop that became the photo spot of the night.
Also a couple balloon bouquets as additional decor to add around the party to tie everything together.

Simple details, big impact.

And as always @balloonspixie makes it all seamless and perfect!

Not all milestones have to be celebrated the same way.

For my son’s 18th birthday we skipped the big party and did a private catered dinner at home with great food and a relaxed atmosphere.

Proof that you don’t need a huge crowd to create a special night, still making it memorable and never skimping on those special details.
A little champagne to welcome our guests as they stroll in.

Create an elegant vibe using candles, champagne flutes, and a few balloons; sometimes, less is more.

I LIKE TO ALWAYS HAVE A GREAT SPOT FOR PHOTOS AND THIS ONE WAS PERFECT! 🍾🥂
Of course, who else but @balloonspixie to create exactly what we described. Custom 3D oversized champagne bottle with family name and the year as the label gave the perfect added personalization I love to incorporate in my decor.
Simple, fun, easy, but just right to create lasting memories.

I added the gold champagne tower so guest could help themselves throughout the night rather than wait at the bar.

What pulls a party together isn’t one big moment — it’s the intentional layering of details.

The armored sake bottle as a statement 🍶
Takeout boxes turned into floral centerpieces 🌸
Dragon accents, coordinated napkins, and themed paper goods 🐉

When every detail is considered, some DIY, some ordered — playful without feeling overdone.

This is how a theme comes to life. I often lay out everything days before and then see what I have and add those missing little touches.
