Show time tomorrow so there’s a little dust off and wipe down with the hose pipe ban in place! It’s a very unusual combo of cars I know; one I think only @ballswing can replicate! #E31 #BMW #8Series #ClassicBMW #Renault #Avantime

SOLD. For sale: 1990 Mercedes 300CE-24 W124 finished in Nautic blue with Cream leather interior specified with the all important Sport chassis, 5-Speed gearbox & Air conditioning. The car was collected on 1st August 1990 from Woking Motors by its first and only owner and has an extensive history file with all invoices, MoT’s & receipts. A very good original example throughout which drives like a good W124 should with the right engine, great colour combo, right spec & history. The roof has lacquer peel and the drives bolster is worn but a great example that can be driven daily and further improved on. £4,990.

English 🇬🇧 On my recent trip to #France with @ivory.pearl.jimny, I kept encountering fascinating #cars that you don’t often see in Germany. One standout is the Citroën DS5, launched in 2011. It exemplifies French automotive design, blending luxury and sportiness in a dynamic and avant-garde way that I find timeless. The model I photographed is a facelift, marking the transition from Citroën to the DS brand. When I think about what to compare such a car to, it’s challenging. Would it be fair to pit it against a #CLS, A7, or 5 Series GT? None of these seem quite right because the #DS5 is unique; it doesn’t aspire to be anything other than itself. The only other car I see in a similar light is the Renault Avantime. What are your thoughts on these models?
