What an absolute pleasure it was to help @emm_daviess host her first group hike in the Ogwen Valley this weekend.

Crazy impressed with the turnout, so a big thanks to everyone who came and made the day special.

Keep an eye out for the next one 👀

Really struggled for a pun on this one, like trying to get people to listen to a safety briefing, it was an uphill struggle

Paths We Share @pioneercampgear

Because life is about so much more than the paths we walk, it’s about the people we meet along the way.

Here’s to the miles we’ll walk, the memories we’ll make, and the paths that bring us together🤍⛰️

Ogwen with Em🫶🏼

25 people, one mountain, a whole lot of fresh air and some very lovely memories made🥹❤️

Ogwen has always been ems happy place, so getting to share it with 25 other people and watch everyone take on Y Garn together was pretty special.

Thank you to everyone who came along, embraced the challenge and brought such good energy to the day. Feeling very lucky to have brought this little group of strangers together through a shared love of the outdoors 🥹

You’re eloping in North Wales.

Wild scenery. Mountain views. Wind in your hair. And absolutely no need to look like someone else on your wedding day. 🤍

If you’re dreaming of an intimate Snowdonia elopement with natural, effortless hair & makeup that still looks like YOU — I’m your girl.

Because your elopement should feel like an adventure, not a beauty marathon.

I keep coming back to this photo today, while I’m dreaming up this new side of my business ✨

I think it’s partly because of how small they look in amongst all of that landscape. There’s just something about being in Eryri that puts everything else into perspective a little bit.

The mountains around you, the lake down in the valley, the weather changing every five minutes… it feels so far removed from normal life up there. It’s just wonderful and joyous and calm.

And I think that’s one of the things I love most about photographing elopements in places like this.
There doesn’t need to be loads happening. It doesn’t need to feel like a photoshoot. Sometimes it’s literally just two people standing together somewhere incredible, having a quiet moment in the middle of it all.

I love that they almost get lost in this photograph.
Two people in this massive landscape, having this tiny little moment that means absolutely everything to them.

These are the kinds of photographs I’ll always be drawn to. These are the kinds of images that encapsulate why I do what I do. Feelings and quietness and moments just for yourselves.

Perfection.

Turns out choosing exactly what you want, and nothing you don’t, isn’t brave. It’s just honest.
