Still smiling thinking about the Pacific Edge Magazine Business Awards Gala! ✨

What a special evening celebrating so many incredible business and community leaders throughout Hawaiʻi. I loved seeing people from nonprofits, real estate, local businesses, and so many different industries being recognized for the impact they’re making. 🏆

One of my favorite parts of these events is connecting with people I know, meeting new people, and celebrating the amazing things happening in our community. 🙌🏽

The evening was even more meaningful because we were able to give back. A huge thank you to everyone who donated to and supported the silent auction benefiting Aloha Gentlemen’s Collective and their work helping young men grow into respectful, confident gentlemen. 🙏🏽

So grateful for an evening filled with connection, celebration, generosity, and community. Congratulations to everyone who was recognized! 💜

🧠 Did you catch Day 1 of the Chronic Health Collective Masterclass? If not, here’s another powerful sneak peek—this one from the incredible Vince Abramo:🔥 “Conquer Negative Thoughts: Talk Back & Take Control”Vince dropped truth bombs that stopped us in our tracks. She reminded us of something so simple yet so life-changing:👉 You can talk back to your thoughts.👉 You don’t have to believe everything you think.👉 And YES—you absolutely have the power to take control of your mind.🙅‍♀️ Those ANTs (Automatic Negative Thoughts)?🧃 Those “dragons” you carry from the past? They don’t get to rule your life anymore. She gave us tools to name our thoughts, challenge them, and talk back like we used to as teenagers (but this time with love and authority). 💪✨ “Why am I thinking I need to lose 10 pounds to go to the beach?”✨ “Who’s gonna judge me anyway?”✨ “Not every thought is true—and not every thought is mine to hold onto.”❤️‍🔥 You’ve got 3 more days to watch this empowering replay from Vince—plus all of Day 1 and Day 2’s sessions from our amazing lineup of coaches and guests!🎥 Sign up now to access the replays before they disappear:👉 https://www.chronicallyhealthylife.com/chc-fall-2025-masterclass🌟 And don’t forget—Day 3 & Day 4 are coming up LIVE on Sept 26 & 27!If your thoughts have been running the show lately… it’s time to take your power back. You are not your ANTs. 🐜You are so much more.#ChronicallyHealthyLife #CHCMasterclass #MentalFitness #StopTheANTs #TalkBackToYourThoughts #MindsetMatters #LiveEmpowered #RewriteYourStory

@projectvisionhawaii The Eye Ball gala was held last night at the @koolauballrooms. The event theme this year was a Night In Paris. Decided to wear glasses (they were not prescription just for looks 😂) to match the event name.
.
The signature program of this event is the Just Like Vegas casino tables of craps, blackjack and roulette. While you do play with fake money, the more you earn, the more raffle tickets you get for amazing prizes.
.
There was also a silent auction, buffet and hosted wine. Learn more how @projectvisionhawaii supports our community by following them on Instagram.
.
Fabulous job to @ryan__naka and the Project Vision team, and @hazeltonnaomi & @pacificedge for the generous invite to this wonderful event.

🌀 This week on Chronic Health Collective…
When communication breaks down—at home or at work—what do you do?

👩‍💼 Marriage Coach Samantha Kaaua sits down with Leadership and Conflict Coach Vince Abramo to unpack the silent struggles that keep teams (and relationships) stuck… and how to speak up, lead with clarity, and create real connection.

💬 Highlights:
✨ “Just because they’re quiet doesn’t mean they’re okay.”
✨ “Every complaint is really a cry for love or to be seen.”
✨ “Feed the mob. Listen with your heart.”

🌺 Vince also shares how her own journey—from scuba diving injuries to nonprofit leadership to the Paralympic trials—inspired her to follow her joy, not just a strategy.

🎙️ This episode is all heart, wisdom, and laughter.
📍Tuesday at 7PM CST on E360TV.com and on Facebook Live https://www.facebook.com/chronichealthcollective
