A little photo dump 📸 as we round out a busy & beautiful month in the 43rd LD! Today is the last day to donate toward our September fundraising goal — can you chip in $20 today to help us hit $140k total raised before tomorrow, October 1? Every dollar helps us pay our campaign manager & afford material outreach to voters. As the only campaign in our race taking no corporate money, every grassroots dollar gets us to the finish line. 💪🏽 #campaign #politics #fundraiser #urbanist #seattle

October is full with 11 shows across 3 theaters, co-teaching an improv intensive @bandittheater along with coaching a new improv troupe for Season 13 of the Loop at @seattlecomedytheater. I am very much looking forward to kicking off the spooky season with my @jetcityimprov debut in The Emerald City Slasher @westoflenin

All of the links for shows and class are in my bio.

Last night I attended a very unique and VERY fun candidate forum! Candidates came together at the Bandit Theatre to be interviewed, and then promptly made fun of through improv scenes based on their lives.

I absolutely loved the creativity, joy and approachability of an event like this! This is exactly the kind of community based event.thay makes politics accessible - and FUN - for voters.

Thank you so much @bandittheater for putting together such a cool event, and thank you to everyone who can out to join us!

🎭 Tonight I participated in a different kind of candidate forum. ‘Yes, and Vote’ where candidates shared a little about ourselves and a lot about our experiences campaigning. It was a delightful break from the typical and provided us all with some much needed laughter.

Yes, and Vote is a one-weekend-only event featuring two nights and three shows each night. Every show brings a fresh slate of real local candidates to the stage for a live interview covering their platforms, their pet issues, and the campaign-trail story they swore they would never tell in public.

The hot new comedians in the Seattle scene are hitting the stage THIS FRIDAY!
✨You’re not going to want to miss this. ✨

After weeks of writing, workshopping and wondering “can I really say this in stage?”, our stand up students are ready to show off what they’ve been working on over the past 8 weeks at @bandittheater

What to expect? Hilarious stories, questionable life choices, and a whole lot of personality.

Come hype up a bestie or discover the hottest new talent as they make their stand up debut.

We’ll be at the @seattledrumschool LAB@1010 at 8pm Friday.

See you there!
