Beyond the Surface was created with one intention: to remind us that none of us are meant to navigate life alone 💙 As someone who worked on the front lines at a children’s hospital during COVID, and through my own personal experiences, I’ve seen how deeply mental health touches every one of us. It doesn’t discriminate. It affects our families, our friends, our colleagues, and ourselves.

This evening, created as my humanitarian initiative for my Miss Universe Canada journey, was an opportunity to slow down, have honest conversations, and build meaningful connections in support of the Canadian Mental Health Association. Together, we heard vulnerable stories from incredible leaders, welcomed new friendships, and raised funds for an organization doing such important work in our communities.

One of the greatest reminders from the evening was that community is one of the most powerful forms of self-care. Watching complete strangers leave as friends was everything I had hoped this event could become.

To everyone who attended, volunteered, sponsored, spoke on our panel, donated, and believed in this vision, thank you. You made this evening more meaningful than I could have imagined.

If you’re reading this today, I hope you’ll do one small thing for your mental wellness. Reach out to someone you love. Check in on a friend. Take a walk. Give yourself permission to rest. Small acts of connection can make a world of difference.

And above all, never forget the importance of going beyond the surface🤍

Some people don’t just inspire us. They make us believe that anything is possible.

Yesterday, we celebrated the birthday of an extraordinary person, Warren @walkwithwarren

A man who brings people together, inspires us every day, and reminds us that giving up is never an option.

His strength, determination, and positive energy give others the confidence to keep moving forward, no matter how difficult the journey may be.

Happy Birthday, Warren! Keep inspiring, connecting, and proving that no obstacle is stronger than the will to succeed

Beyond the Surface 💙 For as long as I can remember, my purpose has been rooted in uplifting communities.

No matter where I’ve been in the world, the mission has always remained the same: create opportunities, empower others, and leave every community a little stronger than I found it.

Presented by LEAP Global Voices, my educational initiative, and hosted as part of my journey as a @missuniversecanada 2026 Finalist, this evening brings together inspiring women to share honest conversations about resilience, entrepreneurship, purpose, and mental health while raising funds for the Canadian Mental Health Association.

I truly believe that when we invest in one another, we create stronger, healthier communities. I’m incredibly proud to continue championing youth, empowering others, and creating spaces where meaningful conversations can inspire real change.

Event hosted by @youandipaint — Where Art Meets Elegance™️

A windy spring day, endless tulips, painting outdoors and so many beautiful people coming together through creativity 🌷

Despite the wind, it turned into such a lovely day.

Painting at the @tascgrowtogether Tulip Festival alongside @banmarkos and @rebeccalacorte made the experience even more special 🤍
And somehow, being surrounded by all those tulips brought back beautiful memories from Amsterdam and the Netherlands

Getting ready for Mother’s Day🌷
Thanks for these beautiful experiences
