🇩🇪🎻 MY BEETHOVENFEST EXPERIENCE IN GERMANY 🇩🇪

One of the unforgettable moments in my musical journey was performing in Bonn, Germany, at the Beethovenfest with the Bantu Band. ❤️✨

It was an incredible experience to share music, connect with talented musicians, and be part of a cultural exchange through the universal language of music. Being in Germany, performing, learning, and experiencing a different musical environment opened my eyes to new possibilities and inspired me to keep growing as a violinist and performer.

Beyond the performance, the experience gave me beautiful memories, valuable lessons, and a deeper appreciation for how music brings people from different backgrounds together.

From Nigeria to Germany, every step of this journey has been a reminder that passion, dedication, and music can take you places you once only dreamed of. 🌍🎶

Grateful for the journey. Thankful for the opportunity. More beautiful musical experiences ahead! 🎻❤️

RETROSPEKTIVE ✨

Day 167

Elders Corner brought tears that I am still navigating.
Thank you to the entire team of @elders_corner
What an amazing documentary that touched on many stories and themes and most especially on by how musicians were affected during the Nigerian civil war.

Art is life and I am now certain more than ever that we can’t stop and the messages will always be absorbed by those who need them the most in resonance.

Thank you @adebantu & @sijimusic

Thank you @culturedispatch1 for always bringing about the cultural connections and bringing people together.

🎶 “Ọmọ tó mọ ìyà rẹ̀ lójú, òṣì ni yóò ta ọmọ náà pà.” 🎶

This timeless Yoruba song carries a powerful message about gratitude, respect, and family values. It reminds us that a child who truly knows the sacrifices, pain, and unconditional love of a mother will never bring shame, pain, or destruction upon themselves or their family.

Behind every successful child is a parent who prayed, sacrificed, and stood firm through life’s storms. Let us honor our parents while they are still with us, appreciate their efforts, and pass these values on to the next generation.

Our culture is rich with wisdom, and Yoruba songs like this preserve lessons that remain relevant today: respect your parents, value your upbringing, and never forget where you came from.

❤️ If this message speaks to you, share it with someone who loves and appreciates Yoruba culture.
