POV: You wanted to connect Baloch women.
──────────
What started as a simple idea, creating a community for Baloch women to meet, connect and build friendships, quickly became something much bigger. The first group reached its maximum capacity, so a second was created, and now another is being opened to welcome even more Baloch women into the community.

Banuk.UK was created to bring Baloch women together; to create a space where we can connect, support one another, celebrate our culture and stay connected to our roots, especially for those of us growing up away from Balochistan.

Beyond The Veil ⛰️
──────────
The lovely comment by @_gulrang sparked an idea in me. She said this picture should be the cover of a vogue magazine, so I created it.

Culture is not a trend. It is heritage, identity, and stories carried across generations. This edit is a celebration of Baloch beauty - of embroidered threads, gold passed down through families, and the resilience of women who have always deserved to be seen.

For every girl who has ever wondered if her culture belonged on magazine covers, gallery walls, or global stages: it does. Never shrink yourself to fit into someone else’s idea of beauty.

Between us, my dream was to always be on the cover of vogue. Maybe one day that will happen
