Fun event at @alloutgamesph 🏋️‍♂️

For the first time in 14 years, I competed with more focus on taking care of my athletes than myself. I’m usually in the RX masters division, but joining this event was really more about my students.

I’m very proud of their focus and determination throughout the workouts. I hope they also got to experience what CrossFit is really about — the community, the friendships, and the feeling of being like a family. Even if you’re competing against each other, you can still be friends and support one another.

Thank you to my teammates @chrisl.fit and @wolfbuiltdifferent for teaming up with me. 🙏

This year, @alloutgamesph wasn’t about chasing medals for me. It was about being with the CrossFit community and enjoying the competition from a different point of view. And honestly, it was fun seeing the event through my athletes’ eyes.

Thank you @dmn8ph for the cool outfits, @tyr_philippines for the lifting shoes, @sonnic_athletics for the grips, @lifthybrid for my bag and @wheyl for fueling me through all my workouts.

And of course, thank you to my @boombox.ph fam for cheering for us. Without you guys, we wouldn’t be able to give 110%! ❤️

The team behind the Games. ❤️‍🔥

Before the first rep. Before the first heat. Before the competition floor comes alive.
There are months of planning, meetings, problem-solving, long days, late nights, and countless details coming together behind the scenes.

Different roles, one team, and a shared passion for creating an All Out Games experience worth showing up for.

As we get closer to October 3-4, we’re proud to introduce the people putting their hearts into making All Out Games 2026 happen.

ONE TEAM. ONE PASSION. ALL HEART. ❤️

Did the Pace x Bench Active Hybrid Game - Virtual Challenge yesterday with sore legs and a tired upper body from Spartan Super Philippine National Series last Saturday. ⏱️33:37

I knew it wasn’t going to be easy and that I wouldn’t be performing at my best, but showing up and getting the work done is part of the process.

Not every training day is about feeling fresh. Sometimes it’s about pushing through fatigue, building resilience, and staying consistent. Thank you @kilosph coach @gabbrosario @trainwithpace

The challenge is still open until today! Don’t forget to download the PACE Training App and give it a shot. 💪🔥 #trainwithpace #hybridtraining #benchactivehybridgamesleg2 #fyp #hybridathlete

Bench Active Leg 2 ✅

Thanks for having me back to host Bench Active Leg 2! Always a good time being around athletes, seeing friends, and feeling the energy of competition.

Congratulations to everyone who showed up, gave their best, and crossed the finish line. Events like this are a reminder that fitness is more than just training—it’s about challenging yourself and being part of an amazing community.
