18/68 Open 38/158 Overall

Another IPSC match down and I gotta say, im a fan of the format.
I did have to rewrite my brain for white being shoots instead of no shoots, but its a lot easier for my shitty eyes to see hits on target than the brown.

Another weird thing is ive found my hands relaxed at sides to be a consistent 1.3-1.5 draw with a better grip than the same speed with my uspsa draw, go figure…theyre both slow 😂

Anyways the squad was impeccable and the vibes matched. It was a fun match that took a bit longer being 8 stages, but it was fun to shoot!

I felt in control of my feet and had the gun up a lot more than i did before, and reloads are improving with the dryfire. I tried a lot more shooting on the move and its a skill that is definitely developing. Next up GridIron, lets get it!

My 6th match was the May SOAP match earlier this month. Finally got a Go3S since my GoPro would malfunction more often than a 2011 🤪 There were some highs and some lows, mostly lows lol. 3 different FTSAs 🤧
In the 1st video I forgot the open through the left port from the middle position. In the 4th video I forgot the 11 oclock open through the port. And in the 5th video I forgot one of the two upside down opens entering the middle position. It’s funny because I remember hitting them all in my walk throughs, and especially after having the first FTSA i was like “ok no more”.. Then I did it two more times 😂😂 but my movement and pacing felt better this day and I ended it with a bang hitting that steel swinger first try. Plus I got an FTSA sticker as a reward 😬 A great day with friends followed by burgers and beer with some solid company.
