Brownsville, we found a spot where dinner comes with a whole lot of flavor… and a little PARTY. 🔥🌮🍹

Our experience at Capricho Cantina y Parrilla was EVERYTHING. The service was amazing, the atmosphere was full of energy, and the food? WOW. 🤤

🌮 Tacos that did NOT disappoint
🥩 Chicharrón de la Ramos
🔥 Cachetada de Ribeye
🧀 That insanely delicious cheese crust
🍹 Cocktails that were definitely TOP TIER

And I love that it’s a place for the whole family, with options for the little ones too. ❤️

But the best part? Capricho knows how to turn a regular dinner into a celebration. 🎉 We even got surprised with shots at the table and suddenly… the party had officially started. 😂🔥

Good food. Great service. Cocktails. Family. Music. And a whole lot of fun.

Sun, oysters & the best kind of Sunday. 🦪☀️🌊

Still thinking about the Texas Sun & ’Sters Oyster Festival at South Padre Island! ✨

Fresh Texas oysters, incredible chefs, local producers, delicious food, drinks, music and the BEST coastal vibe. 🦪🤍

Getting to taste oysters from Matagorda Pearls & Salty Sisters, discover creative chef creations and learn more about Texas oyster farming made this experience even more special.

And I loved seeing the oyster shells being collected for recycling through Sink Your Shucks. 🌊♻️

Good food + good people + sunshine + South Padre = a day I’d happily repeat. 🦪✨

Until the next one… keep shucking! 🦪😉

Where Lebanon meets Mexico… and it WORKS. 👀🔥

If you’re looking for something different around Brownsville, you need to try Blue Eye Bistro. 🇱🇧🇲🇽

Their menu brings together bold Lebanese flavors with Mexican favorites — from hummus, baba ghanouj and falafel to aguachiles, ribeye tacos, shawarma and pizza. 🤤

That Ribeye Aguachile? 👀🔥
And the Hummus Ranchero is such a fun Mexican-meets-Lebanese twist.

It’s the kind of place where you come curious… and leave already planning what you’re ordering next. 😂

Definitely add this hidden gem to your RGV food list. ✨
