Back at Bar 25 Aruba! 🇦🇼🍹

On my last visit, I got the chance to sit down with owner Reza and hear the story behind Bar 25 — how it all started back in Massachusetts and eventually made its way to the Caribbean. 🌴

Their Aruba location at the Aruba Racquet Club is only about 8 months old, but they’re already bringing that Bar 25 vibe to the island.

We talked about how it all came together, why Aruba was the move, and what’s next for Bar 25.

Definitely cool getting to know the people and the story behind the places I visit. Stay tuned for more from Bar 25! 🇦🇼🔥

Massachusetts ➡️ Aruba 🇺🇸🌴🇦🇼

Had to go check out Bar 25 Aruba, bringing a little taste of Massachusetts down to One Happy Island! This time owner Reza let me jump in the kitchen with him to make one of their new dishes — Harissa Shrimp. 🔥🍤

Corn fritters topped with whipped feta, shrimp tossed in a spicy harissa aioli, and finished with crispy prosciutto. This thing was absolutely fire. 🔥

Pretty damn cool seeing a local Massachusetts restaurant make its way to Aruba — and even cooler getting behind the line and cooking with Reza.

Have you checked out Bar 25 Aruba yet? Drop it in the comments and follow me for all things Aruba! 🇦🇼🌴🍹

📍 Bar 25- A Mediterranean restaurant inside the Aruba Racquet Club 🏸 •Started off with the Levant Trio which came with Olive Tree Hummus, Tzatziki, Minted Labneh & served with House Baked Bread & Hand Pressed Naan 🫓 🥒 🫒 10/10 perfection

This was a special for the night but it was a chicken and caramelized onion flatbread with ranch drizzle. 🧅 🍗 🍕 This was amazing😭

To finish it off, I had the ‘’Fool Me Once’’ which had:
Arumba Rum, Falernum, Cointreau, Pineapple, Lemon, Demerara Syrup, Angostura Bitters 🍍 🍋 I know nothing about these flavors together, but the drink tasted sooooo good 😊

We checked out the new Bar 25 in Aruba last night and it was fantastic! We got there right after they opened, so it wasn’t busy yet, but it definitely filled up as the night went on. If you’re in Aruba on a Friday, don’t miss their Happy Hour from 5:30–8:00 PM with a $7 menu featuring cocktails, martinis, and shared bites. We tried the Cosmo Martini and the Dude, Where’s My Car? cocktail, and both were excellent. From the Happy Hour menu we had the chicken slider, fries, and fel fel, and from the regular menu we ordered the truffle fries, harissa shrimp fritters and the lamb & pork meatballs. Everything was delicious. The service was friendly and attentive, and we can’t wait to go back. Definitely add Bar 25 to your Aruba restaurant list! #aruba #arubavacationtips #food
