We moved to the new building in March 2025. Here is a recap of our hard work! There are no secrets here. We do the work, and we have created an encouraging and welcoming environment. We got eachothers backs and those that don't get weeded out quickly. We support each other and cheer for each other. There have been hard days and good days, but we keep showing up. PR's have been broken, and road blocks have been crushed. Come join the club, and prepare mentally for a better version of yourself. Address: 622 2675 N Cedar City, UT 84721 Phone: 2095340270 text or call Email: cedarcitystrengthconditioning@gmail.com Week pass for 1st timers.

Thank you, @mckennabrynnphoto for the unbelievably beautiful photos! She captured the power and beauty for both the women & men! I have been slow getting the photos out and posting, not because it was not important to me, but because I used every bit of my strength to put the show on. I needed to rest and gain my strength back to recap on everything. This was a turning point for Cedar City's Strength & Conditioning! This is just the tip of the ice burg. We have so much more coming! I, the owner, Rachel, would like to personally thank all of you for the support and trusting me to bring a light on how hard you all worked. Thank you for letting me show your shine to the community and your family and friends. There were so many more people present, but we captured the remaining at the very end of a long day! I seriously can't thank volunteers and judges and local businesses that helped. I will be posting the photos as I can and celebrating such a beautiful day! 1st annual Cedar Cities Fittest! @cedarcitysfittest @rachelstrongwoman

Summer riding tip: increase the elevation to help escape the heat!! A little mountain spring will help too. 👌 We tried to find a different route home but you know, locked gates. Maybe next time, and then we'll sneak under Strawberry Point and maybe catch a glimpse of @thezennestinutah from below. 💜 It was a long day but a great ride with friends! . . #wheretonext #NRBAdventures #southernutahadventures #polarisoffroad
