A heartfelt thank you to @barakatme Group for giving me the opportunity to participate in the 2026 Sports Event! 🙏❤️

Although I lost in both Football and Badminton, I truly enjoyed the experience and am grateful for the chance to participate. Winning and losing are part of the game, but the opportunity to play, learn, and enjoy the event means a lot to me.

Thank you, Barakat Group, for organizing this wonderful event and giving us the opportunity to showcase our sportsmanship. I sincerely appreciate it! ⚽🏸❤️

High Protein Beetroot Mezze 🤤

60g Protein | 20g Fiber

Ingredients:
•450g shredded beetroot
•1 whole garlic, around 6–7 cloves
•600g labneh
•2 tbsp mayonnaise
•5–6 dried prunes, chopped
•Salt to taste
•Olive oil, for caramelizing and drizzling
•Chopped walnuts, for garnish

Instructions:

1. Add olive oil to a pan, then add the shredded beetroot. Place the garlic cloves on top, then cover them with some of the shredded beetroot so the garlic can steam and soften.

2. Let the beetroot caramelize without moving it too much. Once it starts caramelizing, move it around a little to make sure it cooks evenly. Allow the garlic to soften and the beetroot to caramelize nicely.

3. Turn off the heat and leave the mixture in the pan to cool for a few minutes.

4. Take 600g of labneh and add the softened garlic cloves. Mash the garlic into the labneh until well combined.

5. Add the slightly cooled caramelized beetroot and mix everything together.

6. Add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise to make the mezze creamier.

7. Add the chopped dried prunes and season with salt to taste. Mix everything well.

8. Garnish with chopped walnuts and drizzle a little olive oil on top.

Spent yesterday turning tiny faces into happy canvases at a grand store opening event in Dubai. Watching the kids’ faces light up when they look in the mirror is honestly the best part of what I do! 🤍.
Here’s a little peek behind the scenes of yesterday’s fun!🌈✒️✒️

One of my DAILY non-negotiables 🍊💪🏼

For years now, I’ve been having one of these @barakatme Vitamin C shots every single day, and it’s become such a staple in my routine.

Together with my daily Nutrili immunity supplements, I genuinely feel like I’ve noticed a big improvement in my overall immunity over the years. 🙌🏼

With the change of seasons and what feels like everyone getting sick at the moment 🤧, I’m definitely making sure I stay consistent with the little habits that help support my body.

It’s quick, convenient, tastes great — and getting that daily dose of Vitamin C in couldn’t be easier. 🍊

For me, health and fitness isn’t only about training and what the scale says. It’s about taking care of your body from the inside too. 🩵

Small daily habits add up. Consistency always. ✨
