Building REVOON, we had to decide what role AI should play in a training app.

Here's where we landed: every number, every score and every training limit comes from fixed, tested rules. Same input, same answer, every time. The AI model helps with something it's genuinely good at: turning those facts into clear, readable messages.
It works only from the facts it's given, and every message is checked before anyone sees it. If a message doesn't pass the check, a simple pre-written one is shown instead.

Why this approach?

Picture an athlete asking their coach: "Why no sparring today? I feel fine."

We want the coach to be able to answer that in one clear sentence, and get the same answer for the same situation every time. Fixed rules make that possible. A recommendation is most useful when a human can explain it and stand behind it.

AI is a great voice. We keep the decisions with the rules and the coach.

We're still learning, and we'd love to hear how others are approaching this.

💧 Training’s done — but recovery hasn’t started until you rehydrate.

Most of us finish a session down 1–2% of body weight in sweat, and thirst alone won’t get you back to baseline. Here’s what a landmark review in the Journal of Applied Physiology says actually works:

1️⃣ Replace 150% of what you lost — about 1.5 L of fluid per kg of body weight lost
2️⃣ Sip it over a few hours instead of chugging — you’ll retain far more
3️⃣ Don’t rely on plain water — sodium is what helps you hold onto fluid
4️⃣ Carbs + protein boost retention — milk is one of the best-tested recovery drinks
5️⃣ Water + a real meal works too — food brings the electrolytes your drink is missing

🔖 Save this for your next hard session — and share it with the training partner who always forgets their bottle.

In 2005, I was in a coma for 7 days.
When I woke up, I was not the same woman.
Something changed — not just in my body, but in how I see time.
How I see choices.
How I see the word 'later.'
I stopped believing in 'one day.'
Because life already showed me that nothing is guaranteed.
That experience rebuilt me.
It made me more direct. More focused. Less patient with excuses — especially my own.
And it is one of the reasons I am building what I am building today.
Not for money alone.
For freedom. For memories. For time with my son. For the people I can help wake up.
Has something in your life ever changed the way you see your future?
I would love to hear your story. ■

We are building an AI-powered conditioning system for grapplers, trained on real training & recovery data from WHOOP.

We are looking for early users who are willing to share their training & recovery data to help shape the app from the ground up.

👉 What this means for you:
• You don’t need to create extra data or fill out anything
• The app uses your existing WHOOP data only
• You’ll receive conditioning training recommendations adapted to:
• your performance
• your recovery
• how your body actually responds to training
• You’ll be testing real, personalized conditioning protocols, not generic plans

🎁 Early user benefits:
• 2 years free access to the app
• Early access to new features
• Direct influence on how the app evolves
• Training built for grapplers, not general fitness

This is about training smarter, not harder — and building something that actually reflects how grapplers train and recover.

If you use WHOOP and want to be part of this from the start:
👉 DM me “DATA”

Most athletes don’t need more discipline.
They need better signals.

Level 1 isn’t about weakness.
It’s about training reactively — pushing until the body speaks loudly.

Pain, fatigue, loss of motivation…
These aren’t failures.
They’re messages.

This is where awareness begins.
This is where intelligent training starts.

This is Level 1.
Not a failure.
A beginning.

You’re not behind.
You’re learning.

🧠 Why We Always Sound the Same…
Because it’s not just a podcast.
It’s a ritual. A neural upgrade. A tool for reprogramming your mind.

🎙️ Deep voice (85–125 Hz)
🎵 Music tempo (60–70 BPM)
🔁 Predictable structure
✨ Repetition + emotion = transformation

Elite military units, therapists, and performance coaches use these techniques.
Now you do too — with every listen.
