The end of an era… Over the last seven years, I’ve had the most amazing and rewarding experience of my life, one that has truly shaped who I am today. An experience so extraordinary that it’s hard to put into words. I found myself surrounded by the most amazing women who became family to me. They challenged me, supported me, and helped me through some of the hardest times of my life. I am better person, a better friend, and a better mother because of them and this experience. It wasn’t just a job …it was a passion that truly lit up my soul, and saying goodbye to the team side of it feels bittersweet. To all my teamies… it has been an absolute honor to work alongside such talented and passionate women. You should be so dang proud of yourself!!!! While this chapter is closing for us, I am so excited to see where your paths lead and the successes that are sure to follow. I never knew how much I needed this experience until I was in it. Direct Sales/ Social Selling was never appealing to me. I always said no. But this felt different. It was a product I loved with a company that took all the weird stuff out. No VIP programs, no auto-ship, no purchase requirements, no sales minimums. It takes hard work…. Most people aren’t willing to do the work. It takes dedication, motivation, self discipline…. Most people aren’t willing to do instill the habits needed. But if you are willing, coachable, and eager to learn…. It can be life changing! Before I joined Seint… - I was working full time in sales - I had 2 little boys (3 and 9 months) - I had just had a 2nd trimester miscarriage - I had been diagnosed with chronic Lyme and other autoimmune issues ….and I felt like I was drowning in it all. I joined this Seint for an escape, a distraction, and a way to meet women outside my local circle. Little did I know I would… - gain lifelong friends - learn so much about myself (good and bad) - grow in ways I never knew were possible for me - Travel the world - gain confidence in myself as a person, entrepreneur, & mom! - Earn an income that I had no idea was possible (not why I joined) - and best…. i get to help and watch other women experience all the amazing things I have! It’s not easy. It’s not for everyone. But it’s SO fun and if you build the skills and habits needed to succeed you will be unstoppable! I have been trying to put to words what I experienced last week in Tennessee with my Seint sisters and leaders, and the truth is…words can’t describe. It was exactly what my heart and mind needed. A time to refresh, connect, learn and grow. It was a time for fun, and also deep, meaningful conversations. The truth is, leadership isn’t always easy, but it is so worth it. Being with all of these incredible women was such a great reminder that women from all walks of life can be successful. We all got here through a different path, and there are so many paths up the mountain. 👏🏼Feeling blessed and honored to have qualified with 75 other leaders out of 7,000 for a Leadership Retreat up in the beautiful mountains of Tennessee⛰️. I also had 6 other of my teammates with me who qualified as well which feels amazing to see other women’s success. 🙌🏼 We were spoiled by our top leaders with beautiful scenery, amazing accommodations, top notch trainings, swag bags, fun activities and a full day at Dollywood amusement park! The overall experience is one I won’t forget and I am so grateful to be a part of the Seint community- This is work, this is fun, this is rewarding and best of all I am surrounded by women who are daily helping others feel more confident and beautiful in themselves and we as artists are building a successful network of business for our lives whether it’s full time, part time, on the side or for fun… No makeup or makeup experience anyone can join us and do what we are doing.
