8/1/26 Show Day

Well ladies, and gentlemen we finally did it. Show day has come, and gone. This was such an awesome experience, and I can’t believe it’s over.

Judges feedback was the same. They said my conditioning was on point, but I need to come in bigger next time. With that said I’ll be leaving classic physique at the first show, and switching over to open. This has me incredibly excited to see just how much size I can pack on over the next year.

Thank you to everyone who was in my corner during this prep. I can say with confidence that this sport is where I belong, and this is only the beginning. I’m going to take this as far as I can 🚀

Looking to step on stage again next summer so I’ve got plenty of time to recover, and grow. Operation let’s get huge incoming…..

Start of prep to stage for Aya. She lost 35 pounds for her first prep. She will never have to lose that much again. Now we will work on getting better overall not just bigger.

She won the OVERALL in novice wellness. Not bad for her first show. Honestly though we both wouldn’t have taken anything less than that.

Beginning of prep to 30 pounds later naturally. 49 more days for Aya’s first show.

Aya doesn’t do any kind of seafood so our protein sources have basically been eggs, lean red meat, and chicken. Personally, I’ve always been a fish guy, I could eat it every meal.
