🚨WE’RE LOOKING FOR COMMUNITY PARTNERS 🚨 When Southside Weightlifting Club was established in 2021, our goal was simple—to help people become better Olympic weightlifters. Over time, we realised we were building something much bigger. People weren’t just improving their lifts—they were building confidence, discipline, resilience and finding a place where they truly belonged. That journey inspired us to become a not-for-profit organisation, allowing us to give back to the community that has supported us from the very beginning. Today, our purpose is to unlock potential through Olympic weightlifting. Our mission is to use sport to build identity, develop mindset and create discipline through structure and support. Our vision is simple… Building People Beyond the Bar. Today, we’re inviting local businesses to become Southside Community Partners. This isn’t just about placing your logo on the front of our club. It’s about investing in people, strengthening families and creating opportunities that help build a healthier, stronger and more connected Logan community. We’re opening a limited number of Community Partner positions for businesses that share our vision. If this resonates with you, we’d love to connect. Head over to our bio - complete our intake form or contact us - details 👇 📧 mailto:info@southsideweightliftingclub.com.au 📞 0420 659 522 . . . #SouthsideWeightliftingClub #BuildingPeopleBeyondTheBar #SouthsideCommunityPartners #LoganCommunity #InvestInPeople

Today marks 1 year since you left, and the pain feels just as raw. Wishing it was all a dream, that I could hug you one more time. Missing you more than words can say, Dad. I love you. I never wish any of this heartbroken pain upon anyone else. If you still have your loved ones around, please tell them you love them before it’s too late. Go see them and spend some quality time together. If only I could turn back time and see my dad once again 😭🕊️
