This past Friday, I had the privilege of celebrating a cause near to my heart at the annual Shelter Movers event!

This organization is dedicated to supporting survivors of gender-based violence by providing free, confidential moving and storage services.

It’s not just about moving furniture; it’s about creating immediate safety and offering dignity to women and children starting their new, abuse-free lives.

I was honored to be a part of the special event committee this year, and seeing our vision come to life—and knowing the impact of the funds raised—was so rewarding.

The passion and dedication of this group (pictured here!) is simply unmatched.

Being involved with Shelter Movers has shown me just how crucial their work is in helping survivors transition to new lives and newly found freedom.

We all deserve a safe place to call home. 🏠

What an amazing opening night holiday party last weekend. So grateful for this team of magic makers and to do this ride with you @ange.fitzroy from our pop up days to this new space! A merry Fitzmas was had 😂✨. Thank you to our friends, family and those who have supported us though the years. Shout out to @missmoco for always bringing the party, to @thegrazeanatomy for the crazy spread and @diageo and to our killer cocktail & bubbles bar and of course to our photographer extraordinaire @joelgale.imaging 🙌. Last Friday night our incredibly hard working team pulled together to pull off the impossible; tearing down the studio, moving all the inventory to our new location , and setting up an entirely new store while simultaneously setting up for our retired rentals sale at the old space! Our minds are blown by the fact that the we were able to pull off this miracle overnight and be ready to open for business on Saturday morning! Show us a better team, we dare you!! Feeling overwhelmed with gratitude to everyone who came together and worked so hard to make this happen for us, shout out @nailedithomes , @barberdesign and our wonderful neighbours @home_installers who stepped in to drive hundreds of garment bags back and forth across the parking lot! We are still getting used to our new home over here and still pinching ourselves that it’s real. We are open 7 days a week, can’t wait for you to see it too! Nothing but love. 💖✨💫
