POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

CFB went to the NXT Level Classic at @nxtlevelcf this weekend and when the dust settled all of our Teams and Individuals showed up on the podium!

A huge thank you to Johnie, Hailee and Mike and the rest of the judges and crew at NXT Level. They put on an outstanding event. The gyms in the Barboursville/Wheelersburg/Portsmouth CF community are strong on their own, but even stronger together. We are so thankful for you all!

Congrats to our athletes that competed. I’m always so proud of CFBs performance, not just from a win/loss standpoint, but also our sportsmanship and standards. Proud of you team.

Our coaching staff brings a mix of 10+ years of experience, newer coaches in development, and coaches who are constantly continuing their education. Because no matter how long you’ve been coaching, there’s always another level to reach.

We take pride in making sure that when you walk through our doors, you’re in the hands of people who genuinely care about becoming better coaches so we can better serve YOU on your health and fitness journey.

And speaking of leveling up… 👀

We’re excited to officially welcome Coach Josh Verity to the Nxt Level coaching staff!

Come meet Josh, meet the rest of our crew, and experience the difference during Bring a Friend Week September 7–12.

Great coaches never stop learning. Great gyms never stop leveling up.

Summer nights, golden hour, and the kind of evenings you wish you could bottle up forever. ✨🌅

But somehow, fall is already quickly approaching, and I’m not quite ready to let these summer nights go just yet. This session from last summer was so much fun ! 🤩

Today’s Partner WOD was all about Coach Johnie on his wedding day!!

We mixed in a little extra suffering, a lot of laughs, and enough synchro burpees to prepare him for a lifetime of saying, “Yes dear.” 😂

Congratulations to Johnie and Hailee today! We wish you both a lifetime of happiness, adventure, and just enough burpees to keep things interesting.
