It was very light, playful and community oriented and left our hearts wide open. 🥰

Just found this little gem 💎 sitting in my drafts ever since July 2025.

Too nice not to share. ☺️

This year has been all about healing after I had to undergo an acl and meniscus surgery in January. 🦵

Thank God, my knee is doing fine now but I miss those moments in community, practicing yoga for hours together and really immerse in the open heart space together.

Let‘s see if there is another @barcelonayogaconference next year? 🙂

Being a Banana🍌 at 3.30 pm was UNEXPECTED.😅
Yoga,coherent breath and yoga Nidra for pianist @trinitylaban

I have led these sessions for the past few years, collecting data about their benefits for musicians
The images speak for themselves.
Practicing yoga together helps with co-regulation-, builds social connection and improved emotional regulation
After prolongued seating, BANANASANA 🍌😛 can be just the right potion for musicians.

Benefits include:

✨️Excellent stretch of the Serratus anterior.
✨️Deep lateral stretch improving spine mobility.
✨️Releases tension in back,hips & shoulders.
✨️Deepens breathing (especially when combined with coherent breathing).
✨️Stimulates 🫀🫁 & gallbladder.(sorry, no emoji for this).
✨️Stress reduction
🍌And being a banana is FUN !

🤔HOW TO: Lie down. Stretch arms over the head and legs away from torso. Shimmy feet to the left. Then move arms to the left so you re in a sort of long C shape.⚠️Torso stays on the ground. Breath gently through the nose. In for 4 counts & out for 4 slow counts. Repeat on other side. You can also find a 🍌 partner and practice together!

As I pause and look back, I’m honestly in awe—not of the numbers themselves, but of you, and what we’ve created together across time zones, borders, and breath.
Here are a few reflections from the road, the mat, and the shared field of practice:

76,795 MILES FLOWN—carried by intention, curiosity, and the deep joy of meeting communities wherever I land, across five continents and twelve countries: from India, to the Great Wall of China, to the Atlas Mountains of Morocco, to the Peloponnese.

158 days in San Francisco, showing up for our sangha of 25 years. The rest of the year was spent on the road, following the thread of practice wherever it called.
Approximately 8,248 PEOPLE PRACTICED with me through home studios, global festivals, trainings, retreats, workshops, virtual gatherings, the app, and our memberships. We met from living rooms to studios, beaches to cities, sacred temples, the Great Wall of China, the Himalayas, the canals of Amsterdam, the Peloponnese village of Sparta, the deserts of Morocco, and beyond the beyond.

WE SUPPORTED 600 people through partial scholarships and sliding scale rates for my virtual courses and teacher trainings—over $125,00 in financial waivers that allowed our global sangha to gather across a range of life experiences and moments.
4,420,000 STREAMS OF MY MUSIC across platforms, finding breath, mantra, and meaning within the rhythms.
180,090 CONNECTED THROUGH our growing digital sangha—learning, and sharing through Instagram, Facebook, Mighty Network, Insight Timer, YouTube, and TikTok, with new roots forming through Substack and our WhatsApp community.
Beneath all of these numbers is what truly matters: connection, intention, and practice that moves us into action—on and off the mat.
Thank you for showing up. For breathing together. For trusting the quiet, the work, and the unfolding. For helping create spaces—across continents and screens—where we remember who we are and how deeply we belong.

це був складний рік. подій вистачить на книгу. якби разом з першим січня ми могли "зберегтись" як в компʼютерній грі разом із накопиченими балами та розпочати новий рівень — було б класно. але нажаль.
я не знаю, що буде далі. дістаємо попкорн 🍿

одночасно з тим відчуваю, що в багатьох з вас було так само. і всі ми один одному щось не договорювали. просто щоб не лякати, що навколо відбувається повний треш.
як зараз трендово висловлюються: ми всі десь "не впорались" і це ок.

життя як гойдалка: то вгору, то вниз. поміж складних ситуацій були і приємні. є речі, за які я дуже вдячна і ось цим з вами тут коротко поділюсь:

- почала рік з Віпасани і нею планую завершити
- провела 10 кемпів @recreate.surfcamp з дівчатами. сумарно це 70 днів з 365-ти. це був найкращий, найлегший, зцілюючий час і для збереження менталочки попросила би @alina.nikitinaa , щоб в новому році таких днів було більше
- відкрили нову локацію для кемпів — острів Ланцарот✔️
- приділяла час навчанню: додаткові +100 годин Mandala Vinyasa flow з @soha.yoga, курс по інвестуванню
- зʼїздила на йога фестиваль в Барселону
- місяць пожила на Балі
- провела для українців 20 класів з йоги в Порто📍
21 — в Лісабоні 📍
17 — в Каркавелуші📍
30 — в онлайн
- поставила на цвяхи близько 100 людей
- почала бігати і за рік зробила дистанцію в 220 км
- зі мною весь час були класні люди❤️🫵

все це дуже підтримувало та надихало. інше між строк. за кадрами — моменти, які буду памʼятати 🙏🏻 дякую собі, що вмію приймати життя як є

'yoga is about meeting life as it is, and learning to sail in it'

and how blessed am i to have such radiant shipmates beside me 💖
friends, teachers, kindred spirits who remind me
we are never meant to sail alone

at its heart, yoga is unity
breath with body, yes, but also heart with heart, soul with soul,
human with humanity

it calls us into togetherness,
to remember that nothing is separate,
no one is excluded,
the sacred is everywhere

this path asks for honesty
to see our patterns, our privilege,
and to choose presence, not avoidance
not with judgement, but with courage and compassion

and for all those this practice has brought, and continues to bring, into my life
i am so, so thankful
for the laughter and the stillness,
for the friendships and the care

because peace is not private and liberation is not solitary
it is shared
it is collective 🙌🏼

These last few weeks have been so amazing.... Full of whirlwinds and non-stop sparkles.

I know I’m a little late to the party in posting this, but the Barcelona Yoga Conference is still very much alive in my heart.

Thank you to everyone who participated and helped create such an incredible environment. Your energy, your laughter, and the way you showed up made this gathering so full of life. I felt supported, inspired, and completely at home with you.

A huge thank you to @barcelonayogaconference for bringing us all together and for creating a space where this kind of connection is possible. I’m so grateful to have been part of it.
I’m going to miss you all and can’t wait to see everyone again next year.

July, you felt like a whole year in one month.
So many emotions, places, people, and memories all wrapped into just a few weeks.

From a Ruinart dinner with my bestie Jane at @dallagioconda in Gabicce Monte, to my very first @barcelonayogaconference — an experience that touched me deeply.
There, I had the joy of reconnecting with some of my beloved Bali teachers and meeting new ones from all around the world. I also met @emanuela_caorsi (my guru in the nutrition since 2020). My heart was full 🩷

Then came Alice’s wedding, full of light, love, and celebration.
And of course, I couldn’t leave out some sunflowers which is the summer flower and the little Lillo who turned 3 years old 🐶🥰
Three years of unconditional love.

Grateful for all of it.
