The Laytona 250 was a complete success! The #vanprix was absolutely insane! The whole team from the Idaho falls raceway did so much for us. We had a few hiccups and things we will definitely improve on but overall all I can say is thank you!! You all showed up! All of my people SHOWED UP!! Over 4,000 in attendance for our first race ever at the #laytonamotorspeedway what a day! The race was awesome we had a bit of dust in the beginning but the track held strong and the final 30 laps where pure awesome racing! Big congrats to the winner of the first ever Laytona 250 @whatnooowaaay followed close behind in P2 by @peckbrothers P3 none other then Mr Gavin him self @shred.eighty P4 our event sponsor @whatsnextdustin from industrial injection and P5 @coltbuildsit now most of the racers had no experience so it made the race even more entertaining! This is just the beginning we are doing a demolition derby in September and a year end race some time in November. Make sure you follow @laytonamotorspeedway for all the updates on upcoming events times and dates! This event would have never happened with out my team, our sponsors, racers, and volunteers so to everyone I say thank you!! Late nights, hard work. Nick and Kaitlyn would drop anything to help me and mine so tonight I’m returning the favor.

There are lots of moving parts to stay ahead of, and keep coordinated on a project. It always feels really good when you can stay ahead of your crews and coordinate with the different trades. With nearly 3,000,000 unfilled trades positions in the United States, now is the best time to enter the industry. Skilled tradesmen are making an all-time high compared to other career paths. A skilled welder or pipefitter can make just as much and in many cases more than an engineer with a bachelors degree. A project superintendent willing to travel can have a comparative salary to that of a doctor. It’s not just satisfying to be a part of building our country. It is now also lucrative. #buildingamerica

@barclaymechanical was honored to build an elk stand for UFC legend Chad Mendes ( @chadmendes ) and his companies Provider, Finz & Featherz and Peak Refuel so they could display it at the Western Hunting and Conservation Expo. #chadmendes #whce #barclaymechanical @chadmendes @ryanrichterm8 @johnbarclay59
