By Nonowtips #traveltips #foodietravel #bruxelles #foodbruxelles #bieresbruxelloises #nonowtips Photo shared by NonowTips on December 24, 2025 tagging @bardetoone. Peut être une image de bière et texte qui dit ’TOONE TOONE TOONE TASTING TOOKE TASTING COONE ASTING’.

Bars in Brussels. From @bardetoone putting on puppet shows, to trap door prison cells @lindemansbeers and the commercialization of a pink elephant, Brussels serves great beer like @westmalletrappist in all of them! 🍻 #beer #bars #brussels #belgium #slclunchestravels

{THROWBACK} . . Here’s some foodie highlights from Belgium (Brussels + Ghent, April 2025) 🇧🇪 . . - Belgian chocolate mousse from @vandender.chocolate - frites with homemade mayo and bernaise sauce from @fritesatelier - coffee and cinnamon roll from @barkboy.be - iced coffee from @barkboy.be (I loved this place so much I got coffee from there everyday // also how cute is the packaging, I’m obsessed) - dim sum from @dims_experience in the amazing @wolf.bxl food hall - carbonade flamande (Belgian beef stew in a beer based sauce) from @butcher.bxl in @wolf.bxl food hall - drinking Belgian beer in @deliriumvillage and @bardetoone (notable favourite beer was Lindemans Pecheresse, a peach beer) - Belgian waffles with Nutella and drinks by the river in Ghent . . I also may have brought home a lot of Belgian chocolate from @vandender.chocolate 🍫🍫 . . . . #throwback #food #foodies #coffee #brusselsfood #belgianchocolate #waffles #frites #belgianbeer #delirium #toonebarbrussels #brussels #ghent #gent #foodlover #chocolate #eats #holiday #photography #lightroom #foodiesinternationalchat #globaleats #travelling #eurostar #barkboy #icedcoffee #cinnamonroll #flavours #fritesatelier

Tucked away in a side street, @bardetoone looks like just another bar… until you step inside. It’s actually an old puppet theatre, run by the same family since 1830. Back then, puppets were the Netflix of Brussels : sharing news, mocking politicians, and making people laugh when life wasn’t exactly easy. Today, we don’t come for Hamlet in marionettes (though you totally can). We come for the beers, the quirky atmosphere, and that mix of history + humour that makes Brussels so unique.. Add this to your Brussels bucket list 🍻 #hungrymarybrussels #belgianbeerlover #puppetshows #beertastings #summerineurope #eurotrip2025
