My next lil treat from @taiga.creative.studios Magnagothica: Maleghast minis is The Dead Souls tyrant, ‘Bound Evil’ @villainy_ink did a lot of the heavy lifting on this one to bring some texture but This mini is metal AF so I had to bring a little gore. 🤘🏻 Print by @the.grimdark.trials [absolute legend] Acrylics: @thearmypainter @vallejocolors @citadel_paints Enamels: @villainy_ink by @grimdark_compendium (you know the drill, link in bio, ‘spruebutc’ for 10% off) Support Grimdark Artists: @conclave_obscura @barelytabletop @grimdark_community #magnagothicamaleghast #paintedminiatures #grimdark #deathmetal #ᴇxᴘʟᴏʀᴇᴘᴀɢᴇ

The Tarsal Ghoul from Maleghast. when I first saw the minis for this game, this was the one that jumped out at me, in saying that I also can’t find any art work for him and have no idea how he is meant to look in the universe, or even if he would be seen covered in gore, but I decided he definitely needed a bit of Sprue Butcher about him! Miniature by @taiga.creative.studios Printed by @the.grimdark.trials Painted with @citadel_paints and a touch of @villainy_ink from @grimdark_compendium [get yours at the link in bio, use code ‘spruebutc’ for 10% off] Support Grimdark Art! @conclave_obscura Check out @barelytabletop for more Maleghast minis painted! #magnagothicamaleghast #paintedminiatures #paintingminiatures #grimdarkpainting #explorepage

Finally calling the “Lord of Tumors” project finished! ☣️ This was a collaborative effort with the talented @barelytabletop p—we both took on identical statues to see where the process would take us. To really lean into the scale, I printed the main figure at 250% while keeping the followers at standard size. For the gross factor: The Palette: Dioxazine Purple robes against a Burnt Sienna and Light Green flesh tone. The Metals: A mix of Gold, Silver, and that killer @turbodork dork Lazerface. The Goo: Layers of gloss medium mixed with light green for the weeping wounds, finished with water gel and UHU glue for those stringy slime effects. Building up the base with modeling paste and texture medium really helped sell the "sludge" look. Swipe to see the details! #miniaturepainting #3dprinting #lordoftumors #paintingminiatures #turbodork scifiart horrorart saddaddystudio

We interrupt your regularly scheduled programming for a fun little group project between another local painter and myself. Going to do this super-sized Lord of tumors from @trench_crusade as a diorama piece. I wanted to make the main character oversized and keep the servants regular size to really have kind of a megalophobia feel to it. Will be building us some custom bases for this as well. #trenchcrusade #Grimdark #3DPrinting
