#Throwback Three bartenders, nine cocktails and a big birthday! 🍸🎉

Meet the talent behind the guest pours at @8020bkk ’s 10th anniversary: Gabriel from @dusitthanibkk , Delfina from @vesperbkk and Matteo from @opm.bkk .

From an Old Fashioned twist to lychee highballs, Irish coffee and a café latte-inspired Boulevardier, each brought their own flavour to the celebration.

Bangkok, you have my heart. 🧡

What I’ll remember most from this trip isn’t just the bars, the drinks, or the places, but the people. There’s something so special about how closely knit the community is here and the hospitality is truly next level.

I came for a trip, but I’m leaving with so many good memories, new friendships, and a feeling that I’ll be back sooner than later.

Thank you, Bangkok, for making this one unforgettable. Khàawp-khun khráp 🇹🇭🧡

P.S. This was my mom’s birthday trip… but somehow, I look like I’m the one celebrating. 😂🍸

For me, it’s personal. I’ve been coming here since 2017, and I’ve experienced every menu they’ve put out. Not once have they missed. Every concept lands. Every story connects. Every drink delivers.

But what truly sets Vesper apart is its legacy. This is where talent is shaped. The “Vesper graduates” are now behind some of the most exciting bars and bar groups in the city and beyond. That’s not just influence—that’s an institution defining a scene.

And then there’s the energy. Eccentric. Electric. Always alive. Yet at the same time, deeply warm. This is a place where hospitality feels real—where you’re welcomed with hugs, not just service.

Picking favorites isn’t easy, but some moments stay with you.

The Beauty and the Beast menu was pure brilliance—creative, bold, unforgettable. The Miami Vice from that era? Iconic. And the fact that it lives on in their “bible” says everything.

The Duke’s Bar-style martini is a reminder that simplicity, when perfected, is powerful.

Café Rouge—still unforgettable.

And the Matcha Negroni? Truly missed.

Then there are drinks like Mango Sticky Rice, Rhubarb and Cream, Parakeet—cocktails that go beyond taste. They create memory.

Vesper is more than a bar. It has shaped tastes, built talent, and defined cocktail culture in Bangkok.

And for me, it’s simple—I’ll keep coming back. Again and again.
