One of the best parts of this industry is the opportunity to collaborate with so many incredibly talented vendors. ✨

Every beautiful event is the result of a team of creatives bringing their unique skills together from mobile bartenders, marquee letters and bakers to photographers, planners, banners, cutouts and rental companies. When we work together with a shared vision, the magic truly happens.

I’m so grateful for the partnerships and friendships built along the way. Supporting one another, sharing ideas, and celebrating each other’s talents is what helps create unforgettable experiences for our clients. Here’s to many more amazing collaborations and bringing dream events to life, together. 🤍✨

What guests experience in just a few hours is the result of months of planning, countless decisions, and an incredible team working behind the scenes to bring a vision to life. We have a DREAM TEAM.

From the draping and backdrops to the Pop of Bloom Flower bar and carefully styled table & food settings, every detail was intentionally placed to create an unforgettable afternoon for Audrina. Watching this backyard transform from an empty space into something truly magical is a beautiful reminder of why we love what we do. Turning a vision into a space where lifelong memories are made. ✨ 🍋🎓

There are venues that feel beautiful and then there are venues that feel alive.
Salted Roots is one of those spaces where intention, design, and experience come together effortlessly.

Rooted in warmth and artistry, Salted Roots offers a refined yet welcoming setting that feels deeply personal. From thoughtfully designed spaces to the calm, grounded energy woven throughout the property, it’s the kind of venue that allows a wedding day to unfold slowly, meaningfully, and without distraction.

This is the second feature in our Venue Spotlight Series, where I’m highlighting Alaska venues that don’t just host weddings, they help tell the story of your day.

Scenes from Radhika & Zak’s wedding that I’ll never get over 😍

Zak & Radhika originally booked month-of coordination with me — but when their original venue fell apart & planning became more of a source of stress than something fun, they reached out to me and asked if they could upgrade their package to full service.

Here’s a short outtake from the sweetest review they left me:
“Dylan jumped into the role of full-service planner and pulled together all the pieces for an outdoor ceremony and tented reception at our second venue in just two months. The wedding that Dylan helped us plan was truly a dream and better than anything we could have imagined.”

Being at this wedding was unlike any that I’ve other experienced - guests flew in from all over the globe, with some family members visas being approved only days before. The families showed us so much kindness, taught us about their traditions, and treated my whole team (my staff + vendors) like an extension of the family. I’ll never forget the Bollywood-style dance lessons from the father of the bride and the best Conga line that we all joined in on.

Thank you, Radhika & Zak, for trusting me with your wedding. 🖤

When Emily and Zach first started planning, they pictured a simple backyard wedding.

But as their vision grew—and the guest list did too—they realized they wanted more than a DIY day… and they wanted a planner by their side.

Over the next year, we worked together to bring it all to life: a wedding full of second-loved treasures, mismatched vintage details, and a vibe that felt perfectly them.

They ended up with the sunniest, most beautiful day, complete with mountain views, killer tacos from El Green-Go’s, and a bar trailer from BarHounds that kept the party going all night long.

When “simple” turns into something bigger, we’re here to help!
