Bench session.
285 (x4) (x4) (x4)
Anything 270+ has been feeling much lighter lately. This was about an RPE 7.

225 (x10)
I try and hit this after working sets to continue building base strength. Also, 225 is just a great weight for me on bench, right in the middle of feeling heavy while also being able to run a few sets.

135 (x30)
I usually also hit this after working sets and 225, but normally for 20 reps. Stoked to add 10 more reps on a whim.

Couple frames from life the last few months. Self developed some rolls of film in my bathtub, made a mess, got them scanned in and processed! 😅📸

In two weeks Dalton and I will be closing up our chapter in Bend and hitting the road to move our stuff and sweet little Baxter out to VA to start our next adventure. I wanted to share some of my favorite days over the last few years during our time here. Thank you to friends that have visited, and thank you to all of our new and old friends for showing us nothing but love. This place and all of your faces will be missed ♥️
