On World Animal Day, let’s remember that animals may not have a voice like ours, but they feel pain, fear, happiness and love just like we do. Every animal deserves kindness, care, respect and a safe place to live.

Let’s not limit our love for animals to words or one day. Let’s protect them, help them, feed them when we can, keep them safe from harm and speak up when they cannot speak for themselves. Even the smallest act of kindness can make a difference in an innocent life.

Don’t just love animals. Protect them. Be kind. Be their voice. Let every life live.

મૂંગા જીવો પ્રત્યે આપણી પણ કંઈક જવાબદારી બને છે…

એ બોલી નથી શકતા, પણ ભૂખ, દર્દ, ડર અને લાગણી તો અનુભવે છે.

રસ્તા પર મળતો દરેક ડોગ આપણાથી કંઈ મોટું નથી માંગતો—ક્યારેક માત્ર એક ટુકડો રોટલો, થોડી દયા અને થોડો પ્રેમ.

એક રોટલી ખવડાવો — કારણ કે એને પણ ભૂખ લાગે છે.
ઘાયલ ડોગને હોસ્પિટલ પહોંચાડો — તમારી નાની મદદ તેની જિંદગી બચાવી શકે છે.
પથ્થર ન મારશો — એ પણ એક જીવ છે, એને પણ ડર અને દુઃખ થાય છે.
પ્રેમ આપશો તો વફાદારી મળશે — ઘણીવાર માણસ કરતાં પણ વધુ નિઃસ્વાર્થ.

ચાલો, મૂંગા જીવોને હેરાન નહીં કરીએ…
બની શકે એટલી મદદ કરીએ અને માનવતા જીવંત રાખીએ.

દયા માટે ભાષાની નહીં, માત્ર એક સારા હૃદયની જરૂર હોય છે.

@barkinghope જણાવે છે કે, અત્યારે પડી રહેલી કાળઝાળ ગરમીમાં રખડતા શ્વાન (Dogs) છાંયડો શોધવા માટે ઘણીવાર પાર્ક કરેલી ગાડીઓની નીચે જઈને બેસી જાય છે. આપણી જાણ બહાર જ્યારે ગાડી શરૂ કરવામાં આવે ત્યારે આ માસૂમ જીવો ગંભીર રીતે ઈજાગ્રસ્ત થઈ શકે છે. તેથી, આ ઉનાળામાં આપણે સૌએ ખાસ સાવચેતી રાખવી જોઈએ અને ગાડી ચાલુ કરતા પહેલા એકવાર નીચે જરૂર તપાસી લેવું જોઈએ. તમારી એક નાનકડી કાળજી કોઈ નિર્દોષ શ્વાનનો જીવ બચાવી શકે છે.

અત્યારે અસહ્ય ગરમી પડી રહી છે, જેના કારણે રસ્તા પર ફરતા કૂતરા, ગાય અને અન્ય અબોલ પ્રાણીઓ ખૂબ જ પરેશાન થાય છે. આવી સ્થિતિમાં આપણે આપણા ઘરની આસપાસ આ પ્રાણીઓ માટે પીવાના ચોખ્ખા પાણીની વ્યવસ્થા કરવી જોઈએ. જો કોઈ પ્રાણી ગરમીથી બચવા માટે તમારા ઘરના શેડ નીચે આશરો લેતું હોય, તો તેને ત્યાંથી ભગાડવાને બદલે શાંતિથી બેસવા દેવું જોઈએ. આ ભીષણ ગરમીમાં પ્રાણીઓ પ્રત્યે આવી દયા અને મદદ દાખવવી એ જ સાચી માનવતા છે.

Ride for a Purpose with @barkinghope

The Barking Hope Movement will ride motorcycles across every village and city of Kutch to educate people about safe riding and driving. Our aim is to spread awareness so that together we can protect and save these voiceless lives.

This initiative is a small step to remind everyone that their lives matter too. Dogs are living beings just like us, and it is our responsibility to be careful and compassionate on the roads. Through this movement, we take a pledge to ride and drive responsibly so that we can help prevent accidents and protect stray dogs.

All of us must have seen injured dogs around our surroundings. But have we ever thought about who is responsible for these injuries? Most of the time, it is because of over speeding and careless driving by people like us. After hitting or injuring stray dogs, many simply move on without even looking back or offering help.

In Kutch, there are several NGOs that provide medical treatment and care for injured stray dogs. Here, I am adding the names and contact numbers city-wise. Whenever you see an injured dog, or if a dog gets injured because of your vehicle, I kindly request you all to please help them. You can either assist the dog yourself or contact the numbers mentioned below. They will guide you and provide the necessary help.
