A beautiful morning of nourishment, movement and magic!!! 🌱🧑🏼‍🩰✨

Lacy and I partnered up to help you move and eat with intention. Sharing some of my favorite nourishing homemade foods and locally sourced, locally made, low tox living products that nourish your calm while connecting in the community. The beginning of our morning was a spicy barre class that kicked our peaches! 🥵 🌶️ 🍑 🔥 Afterwards we nourished our bodies. 🤤🫖
Our goal was to ensure calm, community, and whole-body nourishment. Using mindful movement, nourishing whole foods, lemon infused water and a herbal tea bar featuring my soothe & settle blend.

A HUGE shout-out to our guests for making this happen along with the generosity of Fragrance Laine home grown herbs @modernacrescountrygreens @routinecream @highlandfarmhoney @soutofarms @rockymountainsoapco . It was truly a pleasure working with you @barnbarre Lacy and bringing this dream to fruition! ! This was truly a dream come true with your support and an absolute honor to bring this to life for our special guests! 🥰

I am full of so much gratitude for sharing this sacred space with you all. Thank you so much for supporting us and choosing a morning that feeds your calm.

Our October Maker Swap was such a vibe!

Raising my girls to know that “no” doesn’t need an explanation, an apology, or a repeat. And if someone chooses to ignore it, they’ve been taught to act accordingly because in today’s world, apparently “no” isn’t enough. My boys have also been raised the same way.

This is Lacy, the incredible woman and boss babe behind @barnbarre

You’ve probably seen her pop up in our feed a few times because she is ALWAYS up for some fun and somehow never says no when I ask her to help me make a ridiculous reel. (We were supposed to make one last week, but sickness attacked my house)

She is the kind of person who brings so much joy, energy and laughter wherever she goes.

And this week, we are celebrating HER because this amazing woman who spends so much of her time lifting everyone else up is celebrating 6 YEARS of Barn Barre!

Six years of building, creating, welcoming, encouraging and bringing people together. Six years of creating a space that feels like so much more than a studio.

If you’ve been to Barn Barre you already know. And if you haven’t… you absolutely need to.

Tucked away in De Winton, Lacy has transformed the most unique little barn into an incredible barre studio and community space where she offers barre, yoga, Zumba and so much more. She even has a playroom for the kiddos!

She hosts events, creates opportunities, supports local artisans and continually finds ways to bring people together.

But what makes Barn Barre so special is Lacy herself.

She is one of those rare people who genuinely wants to see everyone around her succeed. She celebrates other women, cheers on local businesses, opens doors for others and gives so much of herself to her community.

Lacy has been one of Local Love’s biggest supporters, and I am endlessly grateful for her friendship, her encouragement and all the fun we’ve had along the way. This is only one of the MANY Local Love hoodies she owns lol!
