MONDAY MOTIVATION ✨

Before the buzzers, the stage lights, and the trophies… there are countless hours in the studio when nobody is watching.

The tired legs.
The moments of self-doubt.
The routines practiced over and over..

When you step onto the DI stage and give it everything, magic happens. Massive congratulations to these incredible Standout Performers from @andanceacademy and @barrdancedreams.. seeing your faces light up and hearing how much this means to you is what it’s all about!🥺 💜✨

To every dancer stepping into the studio this week: Keep showing up. Your moment is coming!💫

BACKSTAGE WITH NADIA | Episode 3 ✨

We told the girls Nadia isn’t a dancer… so they took matters into their own hands! 😂👏

Honestly, between the counting, and the discipline, we might be looking at future dance teachers right here… 👀🩰

We loved this so much but can someone tag this incredible studio & these superstar dancers in the comments so we can give them their proper credit? 👇✨💜

How did Nadia do? Drop your rating 1–10! ✨

A week ago today we were in the middle of our World Championships. Kids you came and left it all on the stage, but more important than that, you made memories and friends from all over the globe. We laughed together and cried together. From the smallest painter to the parents teams and everything in between, you were all Epic.

Thank you everyone for continually supporting me at @wldfscotland and I hope to see you all at @wldfnorthengland competitions in November.

Thank you to the amazing @chloe_pirrie for capturing all these fab back stage moments for us.
