It’s almost the weekend and there’s so much to look forward to 🤩✨

End the week Friday with a Fall Equinox Evening Wind Down with @yogajoy.indianola and take a moment to slow down, reset, and celebrate the changing season. 🍂

Then start your Saturday with a Morning Reset Barre 101 with @barre.social, followed by Women’s Midlife Transitions Workshop with @heathermoonyoga an opportunity to connect, reflect, and embrace the transitions that come with this season of life. 🤍

And that’s just the beginning! Keep scrolling to see what else is happening at The Haven this weekend.

A little behind-the-scenes selfie from our team meeting Monday night (just missing a few)! 🤍

We spent the evening celebrating all of the growth and success from the past quarter, reflecting, and planning what’s next for The Haven.

We have some exciting things in the works and can’t wait to share what we’ve been planning as we approach our one year! Stay tuned. ✨
