🚨 High School Spotlight 🚨

Barrett Jones (2025, Blue Springs, Uncommitted) has been tearing it up this spring for the defending MO 6A State Champs at Blue Springs.

Picking up where he left off from the fall and coming off of his Senior season as a starter on the basketball team, Jones has continued to produce in the clean up spot for the Wildcats.

More impressive is his defense in the OF. Barrett’s exceptional jumps and routes has him coasting to balls that other outfielders don’t get to. Any school looking for a 2025 OF add will be adding an athlete with the ability to contribute.

Cole Wells (2026, Oak Park, Uncommitted) has been dealing for the Northmen this spring especially in his last two outings.

His start on 3/28 saw him go a 1H, 1R CG while tossing 10 Ks with 2BB. On 4/3 he followed that performance up with another 1H CG, this time a shutout, tallying 11 more Ks.

Wells is a lefty with good whip that sees his FB sit in the mid to upper 80s and has 2 breaking balls and a Changeup to compliment the heat. His control and ability to attack through the zone with all pitches has taken Cole to the next level of his progression since the beginning of the Fall ‘24 season.
