There are so many reasons why I work out and prioritize fitness. 💪

Teaching DANCE and spotting ACRO skills has become another big reason! So much of what I learn through my own training can be brought back into the classroom and shared with my dancers.

I love when fitness, teaching, strength, and movement all come together. Always learning, always growing, and excited to see where it takes me next!
