What a way to celebrate turning 33, and hitting (almost) 18 years as a Pirate.

It was a beautiful sunny day, playing football with and against friends old and new, with family there to support us!

Combine it with an afterparty to celebrate our undefeated season at the @nbf_nijmeegsebierfeesten and I don't know what more I could have asked for! 🏈🏴‍☠️💪

THE TOURNAMENT STARTS ON THE BOAT!

As we realize this is a new event within the flag football community, we will share some images and information from previous years (with rugby).

Important: you get to the island by a ferry and that is where the adventure begins as the boat is filled with hundreds of athletes, making their way to the tournament. The atmosphere is electric!

Also, there are great sleeping spots at the camping and that also enhances the teambuilding experience.
