P18. Mentally struggled this weekend and just couldn’t get in the zone. 😤

Head down, reset and come back stronger. Let’s get after it this weekend in Zelhem! 💪🔥

IT’S JUST A STRAP. UNTIL IT’S THE ONLY THING KEEPING YOUR LUGGAGE ON THE BIKE!

In Morocco, Peter aka @bartang.eu is doing testing. Nothing fancy, just comparing different types of webbing and seeing how much punishment they can take before something gives.

It’s one of those things most riders never really think about.

Most motorcycle soft luggage uses fairly standard webbing. It’s readily available, does the job and keeps costs down.

But not all webbing is created equal, and we’re a little obsessed with the details. Different fibres, different constructions and some interesting results when you start pulling things apart!

Because in the real world, luggage gets overloaded, straps get overtightened, bikes fall over and things don’t always go according to plan.

Sometimes it’s the boring little bits that matter most when you’re thousands of kilometres from home.

And no, we’re not giving away all our secrets just yet. 😁✌🏼

Unboxing and fitting the DMD TPMS sensor kit from @thorkracing on the KTM 1090.

Two small valve caps that measure tyre pressure and temperature and send it wirelessly to DMD2. Pairing is done in the app itself: start the search, screw the cap onto the valve, name it front or rear and you’re good. I also set a low pressure alarm for both tyres, so I get a warning before a tyre goes too soft.

For now it runs on my Android phone with DMD2, while I’m saving up for the @dmdnavigation NOR7E Nav Tab.

Anyone else running TPMS on their adventure bike? Curious how it holds up for you off-road.

Day 2 of my solo trip to Poland –

The first night in the tent was cozy and warm, and I’m looking forward to hitting the road again after breakfast.
It’s simply a joy to explore the beautiful Polish countryside by motorcycle! 🌲🌳

First day riding on my new BMW R1300 GS Adventure!
Well pleased with how she has worked out! What has been changed? Almost everything.

Passed by one of my favourite shops @bartang.eu to buy a new @klimmotorcycle Kodiak outfit. Current is still good and solid but early Christmas present to myself is how I have sold it to myself 🙈😊

Anyway, any thing I have missed and could improve in your opinions?

Great and remarkable weekend for all and keep on riding!!
