As the summer is slowly coming to an end, we gather one last time on the beach to dance the day away. Imagine yourself with your feet in the sand, sun on your face and your hands in the sky ✨

It doesn’t matter whether you come alone or with friends, we are all part of the journey. First opening our hearts with delicious Peruvian cacao from @purekakaw, connecting to ourselves and others, and finding our own rhythm with the magical sounds of DJ @anica_moves 🪩

Will you join us on Thursday September 25?

Love to see you at @bodhi.beach ~ link in bio! 🌊

On Thursday I turned 30 years old. I want(ed) everyone to know and to be able to invite people I love to celebrate this special moment with me. Coming as a river hour after hour the 30+ friends who gifted me a visit brought love letters, delicious food, strong muscles and loads of presence and attention. Among the physical gifts that will accompany me this coming year is a collection of more than 50 love letters hanging in my room, which I’m planning to open (a few a week) and collect in a love book to remind myself that I’m loved, especially in my rainy days. As a practice, a ritual of appreciation, I want to dedicate myself to open, receive and replay to each one of them (eta: 2-3 months)🙃 I appreciate everyone who participated and myself for asking for what I wanted and receiving it 10folds. we shall be known by the company we keep.

Today, we are on the threshold between Summer and Autumn, midway between the Summer Solstice and the Autumn Equinox. The time of rest is over and the energy allowing you to work effectively is coming back.⁣
⁣
Autumn is a time of cultivating inner strength and resilience. The focus is turning inward to allow yourself to ripen fully. If you have found your direction in Summer, now is the time to work hard to accomplish your tasks. Our bodies have soaked up all of the energy Summer brings and can now easily handle a little pressure we need to stay disciplined.⁣
⁣
With every seasonal cycle my understanding of how my system responds to nature's flow deepens. This is a joyous process. In times of rest I am learning to truly let go and surrender my inner critic, while in times of discipline I can give myself that extra push I need to manifest my dreams.⁣
⁣
I wholeheartedly recommend you to deepen your understanding of how nature works through you. The Nature of Wonder Year Program and its four seasonal nature retreats can help you with that. You will discover how to apply nature's ancient wisdom in your daily life and how to deeply connect to nature and therefore yourself. The new cycle starts with the Autumn Retreat 18-21 September. The retreat program is filling up quickly and I have only three spots left. Let me know if you'd like to learn more!⁣

Dishes are for the birds, so it’s time to let these fly guys help out 🐦 Our new Perched bird sponges conveniently sit on a “branch”, suctioned to your sink or tile backsplash, while they dry out. Coming this Fall! #FredFall2020 #GenuineFred #Perched #BirdLovers
