A letter from my heart to my team 🥰:

From the bottom, top, and every side of my heart, thanks for being part of this journey. I can say without a single ounce of hesitation that @heart.craft.studio would not be what it is today without each and every one of you. I am forever grateful for your presence, hard work, and all the heart you bring to this space each and every day you show up for work.

It takes a brave soul to pursue employment in the arts. There are lots of unknowns, and joining a new creative business still learning and growing and finding its place in its community is not for the timid. You ALL have shown up to this space, ready to ride the waves of everything, and I can’t thank you enough for your patience, your grace, and your commitment to keep showing up and working toward this bigger picture.

This dream of mine has been in my heart for a long, long time. It has been so big and intimidating and scary, but we’re taking these leaps none the less. You all are absolutely revolutionary - we’re charting unknown waters together, creating a workplace that’s fun, honors personal boundaries while still evolving our presence, and inspires each other every day, and it brings my soul so much validation and peace to be surrounded by a team of other human beings who not only understand the vision of what we’re creating, but who are active participants in bringing it to fruition. You each bring a unique level of artistry to our tables, and this studio is all the better for it.

So here’s a big, sappy, gushy thank you for being part of this journey. Whether you’re new to our team, or you’re embarking on a journey of your own, whatever the future holds, just know that you are so very appreciated here, and that I’m so grateful for each and every one of you, always and forever 🥰🥰

With love,
Danielle 🤍
