Still thinking about the energy, honesty, and connection at Thrive 360. 🙌🏾

I’m grateful to Nia Adams and The Base Foundation for creating a space where leaders could learn, connect, and be reminded that leadership is about more than what we accomplish. It’s also about who we become along the way.

I had the opportunity to lead a session called “How to Lead Without Losing Yourself," where we experienced a little of what Leadership Unfiltered is all about: creating space for people leading a family, business, community, or ministry to have real conversations about what leadership costs and how we can stay whole along the way.

Because leadership shouldn’t require us to disappear.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, leaned in, shared honestly, and trusted the room with a little more of your story. I’m leaving Thrive 360 reminded that there is a real hunger for leadership spaces where we can take off the mask of professionalism, tell the truth, and think clearly about what comes next.

This is just the beginning ✨️🫱🏿‍🫲🏾

A lot of people owned APPL 20 years ago but sold because they panicked at one point.

Investing isn't always about owning the hottest stocks; it's about having the coolest head during the hardest times.

Catch me tomorrow, September 26th, in Atlanta, GA.

If you’ve been waiting for something to pour back into you, this is it.

I’m excited to share that I’ll be speaking at Thrive 360 on Saturday, September 26, 2026 in Atlanta.

Thrive 360 is a one-day experience centered on wealth, wellness, and personal growth, bringing together conversations on financial freedom, confidence, movement, rest, entrepreneurship, and whole-person wellbeing.

I’ll be joining a dynamic group of Black women as a panelist for the Perimenopause & Menopause session. My hope is to help women better understand the changes happening in their bodies, ask informed questions, and advocate for the care and support they need, both in and outside of the workplace.

Perimenopause and menopause are a major life transitions and we deserve thoughtful conversation, informed care, and spaces where women feel seen, supported, and empowered.

If you’ve been looking for a space that is uplifting, practical, and grounded in real progress, I’d love to see you there.

Come learn, connect, restore, and thrive with us. LINK IN MY BIO

We put money on a hill all by itself like it has nothing to do with the rest of our lives.

But it does.

The way you feel affects the way you spend. The way you rest affects the decisions you make. The way you carry stress in your body shows up in your bank account whether you realize it or not.

That's the whole reason Thrive 360 exists. Not just to talk about budgets and investing — but to address the whole person. Because when you pour into your mind and your body, your finances feel it too.

Mind. Body. Bank account. All connected. All in one room. September 26th in Atlanta.

I’m excited to join THRIVE 360 in Atlanta on September 26 to talk about something I believe too many leaders learn the hard way:

You can be successful and still be exhausted. You can be highly capable and still feel disconnected from yourself. You can lead everyone else well while losing yourself in the process.

During my session: Leadership Without Losing Yourself - we’ll talk about what it really takes to lead with clarity, authenticity, and intention. All this without allowing the demands of leadership to consume the person underneath the role.

If you’re building, leading, serving, or becoming something bigger than where you started, this conversation is for you.

I’d love to see you there.

Building a community around you while you're fixing your finances might be one of the hardest things you ever do.

You've got the people who have been benefiting from you not having financial boundaries — and they're not happy you're changing. You've got the people who don't want to see you get it together because they haven't gotten it together yet. And then you've got the ones who are doing okay with money and they're fine with you doing well — just not better than them.

It becomes isolating real fast.
And that isolation is dangerous because you start to think something is wrong with you when really you're just outgrowing spaces that were never built for your growth.

That's exactly why we created Thrive 360.
A room full of people who are all working toward the same thing. No judgment. No competition. No crabs in a barrel. Just a whole community of people leveling up their finances together.

September 26th. 10AM to 4PM. Atlanta Georgia.
Breakfast and lunch included. Door prizes and raffles. Sessions on investing, homeownership, credit, estate planning, burnout, rest, mindset, leadership and more. All for $59.

Come find your people. 🎟️ Link in bio.
