I rated the ranch at #basementburgerbar in Canton, MI. I took a gamble and got a create your own salad without knowing if the ranch was good or not and thankfully I won that hand because it was good!

Tell me where I should go next!
I live in Michigan but looking to travel more.

Mondays at Fairway Packing

This is what a typical production day at Fairway looks like; Everyday we grind burgers, cut steaks, and invite chefs & foodservice professionals inside our facility to help them understand what makes us different.

Interested in switching protein partners? Give us a call at (313) 832-2710

Great having the team from @basementburgerbar and their upcoming steakhouse, @table42farmington , at Fairway today! 🥩🤝

We appreciate the opportunity to walk them through our facility, talk premium proteins, and share a closer look at what goes into the Fairway standard every day.

We’re excited to see what the Table 42 team has in store and look forward to being part of what’s ahead.

Thanks for spending the morning with us — we’ll see you at the table! 🔥
