⚡️THANK YOU @seek.discomfort & @yestheory⚡️

As part of a lucky draw to celebrate 10 million subscribers on @youtube for @yestheory, a group of us arrived in Cappadocia, not really knowing what to expect besides a common appreciation for human values & a little adventure with complete strangers.

We were an eclectic collection of multi-cultures, age groups, occupations & backgrounds that united around a single concept:

Kindness for All Beings
+ a sprinkle of bodacious adventure & boldness to change the world

I didn’t know what to expect & I suppose that’s the beauty of it… because I became so immersed in the Now that I left with something much more precious — laughter, conversations that wandered from the ridiculous to the profound, unexpected vulnerability, dancing, teasing, singing, grooving, cats (lots of cats), curiosity & a beautiful reminder of how quickly strangers can become a little community… A little family.

Strangers, then somehow not.

I suppose that’s the magic of everything @yestheory, & everyone who is a part of this community, stands for 🫶🏽

Thank you @ammar @staffantaylor @thomasbrag @thomasdajer for this life changing experience 🙏🏽 Grateful to be a part of the community & ethos to make the world a better place for everyone. Thank you @ammar for your leadership & insight

Thank you @annie_karpenko for organizing all our logistics & keeping us all on schedule with full bellies, comfy beds & great spirits 🩷 You are amazing 🩷

Thank you to every person who shared this adventure with me. For the conversations, the silliness, the cheeky inside jokes (hello birdwatchers), the honesty, the kindness, the authenticity, the vulnerability, the deep talks & light laughs, the adventures, the farting-pooping-peeing horses, & all the moments in between. I am still amazed that in such a short time, we feel like we’ve known each other for years. Thank you for the sweetness of our trip together.

Some journeys show you a new part of the world.
Others quietly return you to a part of yourself.

This one somehow did both.

Feeling deeply grateful & a little more alive 🩷

Until our paths cross again. ✨

Finally got to see this amazing sight!!! Been a drea

DECEMBER ‘25

this month lowkey had 3 acts:

act 1: sports arc 🏃‍♂️🧗
ran my first ever marathon (ok 5K but still counts idc). something 2024/early-2025 me would laugh at. never been a runner, then @malek1brahim said “yalla try” and suddenly im running through literal history at the pyramids. insane.
also climbed my first 6C in a loooong time. already talked about it before but yeah… that one meant a lot.

act 2: christmas core 🎄
2 big christmas gatherings. one w office fam, one w uni/school fam. hosted at my place like every year. wholesome, loud, chaotic, full of love. forever grateful for the old faces AND the new ones that joined this year 🤍

act 3: filler episode ✨
last few days were just random shit. wandering, talking, laughing, doing nothing and everything. very cozy. very me.

overall:
proud of what my body did this month.
grateful for who i was surrounded by.
perfect way to end the year fr.

next up: year wrap video diary… stay tuned 👀🎞️
