The Collective girls are getting spooky all October. 👻

Every Friday + Saturday we’re dressing up! This weekend was Dead Celebrities Friday and Mrs. Frizzle Saturday. 🖤

We challenge other salons to join us! DM us and we’ll send you the full October lineup.

Still feeling all the love from yesterday. 🖤

Thank you to EVERYONE who came out, donated, supported, shared, showed up and helped make our benefit so special.

Watching our community rally around Collective and our girl meant more than we can put into words.

We showed up. Y’all showed up. And damn, it was beautiful.

Thank you from all of us at Collective. 🖤

HOT GIRL SUMMER… BUT MAKE IT AIR CONDITIONED.

We’re throwing a whole damn party to help keep Collective Salon cool.

Live bands. Haircuts. Raffles. Giveaways. Drinks. Good people. And a whole lot of love for our little salon and the community that keeps us going.

Come hang out, get your hair did, win some shit, listen to some music, have a drink, and help us raise some money toward the salon’s AC repair.

Because we like our hair hot…
not our salon.

More details coming soon.
Come keep Collective cool.

We’re not a salon full of people who look, think, or create the same way.

We’re The Collective.

A group of edgy, creative, wildly different individuals who bring their own style, personality, perspective, and talent to the chair.

Different hair. Different aesthetics. Different personalities. Different stories.

And that’s exactly what makes us special.

You don’t have to fit into a box here. You get to show up as you — and we’ll make your hair feel like it belongs to you, too.

We’re not trying to be like everyone else.

We’re The Collective. And different looks damn good on us.

Today we dressed as the rainbow, each of us wearing our own monochromatic color. Individually, we’re all different. Different personalities, different strengths, different perspectives.

But that’s the beautiful thing about a rainbow—it doesn’t exist because every color is the same. It exists because every color comes together.

That’s us.

We’re a team. We support one another, celebrate one another, and show up for our community with love and authenticity. Somewhere between the laughter, the chaos, and the hair transformations, we created more than a workplace.

We created a home. 🌈❤️

And honestly? I wouldn’t want to do this with anyone else.

We have not stopped doing our weekly Saturday themes! 🖤🤍

This week we all showed up in checkers/checkered prints, and it was too good not to share. There’s just something about coming together at the end of the week as a team, dressing alike, laughing together, and showing our salon spirit that keeps our camaraderie so strong.

We work hard all week, so these little traditions make it even more fun. ✨
