Strength is one thing. Control is everything.

Forever a student of the movement. ✨

Exploring Tower work on the Reformer-Tower Combo, and those springs were no joke! A true test of strength, precision, and control. 😮‍💨

BASI CGP training — completed. 🤍

So grateful to have Hayoon as our faculty for Modules 9–12. Thank you for the patience, the attention to every little detail, and for guiding us through each movement with such precise and thoughtful cueing.

A lot of people have asked me,Are you planning to become a Pilates instructor?”Honestly And for now, my answer is still NO. 😆Maybe one day that answer will suddenly change to a YES— who knows?

But right now, I simply want to go deeper. To build a stronger foundation in what I’ve learned, to understand the body and movement, to train more, practice more and explore more.

Sometimes, curiosity is enough.
Sometimes, growth itself is the purpose.

And just like that… I'm officially done with CGP. 🥹✨ So so sooo bittersweet.

What an amazing last set of modules with BASI Faculty Hayoon Kim. ❤️ These past days challenged me in the best way... more precision, more intention, more understanding, and a few little breakthroughs I’m extra proud of.

For the past few months, CGP has genuinely been one of the things I looked forward to the most. The studying, practicing, getting humbled 😂, trying again, and slowly seeing things click. And now suddenly… we’re done?! 🥹

But I guess finishing CGP isn’t really the end. Now comes the part where everything we’ve learned gets refined... more practice, more depth, more precision, and continuing to grow into the teachers we want to become. ✨

To my batchmates… WE DID IT!!! 🥹❤️ So grateful I got to go through this journey with all of you. Let’s keep supporting each other, practicing together, and pleaseeee still have our Pilates dates, dinners and karaoke nights 😂❤️

Volunteered for the exercises I find particularly challenging to really maximize the learning ✨

Invaluable cueing and corrections right here. 🥹 So much to take in, refine, and bring into my own practice. ❤️

Officially unlocked Balance Control Back 🥹 (even while working around my TFCC issue!) and learned so, so much about what my body can do when I give it time, consistency, and a whole lot of practice.

Thank you, Hayoon! ❤️

My BASI Diary ✨

Spending two full days learning with BASI Pilates Faculty, @pilateswithrika —the mind behind the Pilates for Scoliosis course, was such a gift. 💖

Truly grateful to Rika for generously sharing her remarkable journey and expertise. The clarity and practical knowledge will stay with me. Huge thanks as well to @fittolivepilates and @basipilates_philippines for bringing this workshop come to life. 🌹
Credits to @jaysonso for capturing most of the best moments we had here. 👏🏼

This course has expanded how I see movement, asymmetry, and the responsibility we carry in supporting every unique body with safety and care. Excited to bring and share some #curvyspinemagic ✨

Progress Report: Scissors & Bicycle on the Mat

Definitely one of the most challenging exercises in our mat repertoire. Aside from coordination of movement, there’s a lot of control involved to be able to find balance and stability in this position.

So happy to see my progress and how far I’ve come. Always remembering what Rael said, “strive for perfection, recognize intention”. It’s always in the details and precision in the work where we can truly build that awareness and mind body connection. ❤️
