MCM OCTOBER LINEUP!!! 🔥

So, I am FINALLY revealing my lineup for this weekend! And boy, have I been dying inside trying to keep this a secret!

ANYWAY, HERE WE GO:

Friday: Gerard Way (Black Parade Tour Outfit) - My Chemical Romance 🖤
Saturday: Doc Ock - Spider-Man 2 - with @batgigg as Green Goblin, & @berserk_sloth as MJ ❤️
Sunday: Guts (Golden Age Arc) - Berserk - with @berserk_sloth as Griffith, @miamia_gzb as Casca, @luisserrataha as Corkus, & @imperfect_cosplays98 as Princess Charlotte 🤍

My most ballsy lineup yet I fear! And here’s why it took me so long to announce it: Saturday. Doc Ock.
My FIRST EVER SOLO cosplay build - and to make it even harder for myself, NONE OF IT is 3D printed. It is all upcycled from clothes and materials I already owned, or secured from DIY stores. I could not have picked a harder cosplay to start with on my solo adventures (lol), but Doc Ock has always been a passion project idea of mine, and now just felt like a good time to finally give it a go. I’m really hoping I’ve done the character justice from one of my favourite movies and franchises of all time 🥹

So, with that, let me go finish the con crunch so that these amazing cosplans can indeed still go ahead, and I’ll see y’all over the weekend! 🙏🏻🫶🏻

My first time ever hosting my own panel (what on earth is my life?!?), and I’ve brought along a phenomenal group of creators to interview about all things superheroes and neurodivergence! It’s gonna be a blast 💥💯

IT'S BEEN 3 DAYS SINCE CON AND I AM STILL EXHAUSTED!! But @mcmcomiccon Birmingham was a blast and I had such a lovely time meeting new people and seeing old friends and while we were all suffering with the heat, the vibes were great and I had such a lovely time!

Birmingham cons are always my favourite because the NEC is such a nice venue and this one was no exception. Thank you to all the people who let me hang with them and pester them at different points throughout the weekend since I was flying solo to this con but you all made it such a lovely experience and I adore each and every one of you!

Considering two of my three cosplays were thrown together the day before con, and the third being packed into my bag last minute because I couldn't think of anything else to bring, I'm so glad I took the cosplays I did. It was fun wandering around as Ghost for a few hours on Friday, I had so much fun as Wolverine on the Saturday getting some amazing photos and even doing cool little video that I can't wait for you guys to see, and then finally rocking my Superman suit which now actually fits a bit better than it did last year and just feeling and enjoying the Superman vibes - smiling people, waving at excited kids and getting some fun photos and videos with people.

Post con blues are definitely starting to settle in so hopefully it won't be too long before the next con because I'm itching to see the homies again 🫶

P.S. I apologise if I haven't tagged anyone, I could only tag so many people 😭😭
