Pilates Mami in Pink 🩷✨

If I could fully put into words what this event meant to me… and what it meant to the women in that room… I don’t think I could.

It was a feeling.

When I created Pilates Mami, I knew one thing for sure 🩷 healing, growing, and finding yourself again after life’s challenges becomes a little easier when you have your girls with you.

I’m still navigating my season of grief… and I know I always will.
And I’m still growing through my healing.

But God, my family, and my girls are what carried me through.

Life moves so fast that we forget to pause.
To breathe.
To pour back into ourselves.

Pilates became that moment for me.

And I wanted to create spaces where women could come together and just be ✨
to feel seen, to feel safe, to soften… and to step back into their feminine energy.

Because the world asks so much of us.
And sometimes, we just need a moment to feel like a woman again.

After losing Zara, my girls truly saved me.
They showed up, they held me, they loved me through it.

That sisterhood… that connection… is everything.

And I pray Pilates Mami continues to be a space where women feel that 🩷 no matter what season they’re in.

This is just the beginning 🩷

I’ll definitely be bringing this home 🫶🏽 Oakland… 🥹🩷 where should we host it??

This event was once just a vision in my mind… and somehow it came to life even more beautifully than I could have imagined.

I’m so incredibly grateful for every woman who showed up with open hearts and soft energy. The love in that room was something I’ll never forget.

A special thank you to Ty with @wolfafterglow for leading such an intentional, grounding class. The way you held space for us was truly felt 🤍

Thank you to the amazing team at YLOH @ylohpilates for allowing us to create in your beautiful studio. The energy, the ambiance ✨ it set the tone for exactly what we needed.
