I thought for a long time about what I wanted to wish for you this year, but somehow, all I could think of were those typical old-dad words. 😂

I used always to tell you: be happy, be yourself, and do what you love. ❤️

But now, as I watch you grow up, I know more challenges, ups and downs, and difficult moments are waiting for you along the way.

My First Film Premiere! 🎬✨❤️ @innovatefilmfestival

Seeing myself on the big screen for the first time, walking the red carpet, and doing my first red carpet interview… I’ll never forget this feeling! 🥹🎥✨

A huge thank you to my amazing agent @annikaolson_talentagent and @premieretalentmanagement for always supporting me and believing in me. ❤️ And thank you to our amazing director @medhagautham Medha and the whole team for trusting me and giving me this incredible opportunity!

Thank you to my Lion Dance Sifu @miketanyvr and Sihing @jon.in.tha.hood for teaching and guiding me. 🦁❤️ And thank you to @alyssamarshi , our choreographer, for creating, dancing, and freestyling with me. You all helped make this happen, and it still feels unbelievable! 🥹✨And a special thank you to my acting friend @imaanshermin ! ❤️ I’m so happy I got to meet you and have so much fun together on set. 🎬🥰 Can’t wait for our next playdate! 🫶✨

It was also SO special to see so many of my dance teachers, coaches, and dancers I look up to on the big screen in so many of the films! ❤️ You inspire me so much, and I’m really proud that I got to be part of this film showcase with all of you.

And of course, thank you to all my dance friends and family who came to celebrate with me! 🥹❤️

Dance and acting are two of my favorite things in the world. 💃🎬❤️ Getting to bring them together in one film was a dream come true and something I’ll remember forever.

We are Eden Hsu and Ellie Hsu, siblings, dance partners, and proud members of Team Canada Dance 2025 & 2026! 🇨🇦❤️This is truly a dream come true for both of us, especially being selected once again as return dancers for Team Canada.✨

This October, we will travel to Poland to compete at the IDO World Hip Hop & Popping Championships, representing Canada at one of the world’s largest street dance competitions. We will be competing in 6 categories: Formation, Small Group, Hip Hop Duo, Popping Duo, Hip Hop Solo, and Popping Solo. It will be an exciting and challenging week, and we can’t wait to give our best on the world stage.🏆

Last year, we achieved strong results across every category we entered in Slovenia. In particular, our Popping Duo placed 4th in the world, and 2 additional categories finished in the Top 10 globally.🌎🏅

We are especially honoured to be selected again this year as returning dancers. Beyond competing and striving for even stronger results for Team Canada, we are also grateful for the opportunity to support new dancers by stepping into leadership roles within the team.🤝🙌

To make this dream a reality, we need your help! We must cover expenses such as training, flights, accommodations, and costumes. We are committed to doing our part through fundraising efforts, showing our dedication and determination to make this happen.💪

Junior Miss View 2nd Runner-Up 👑✨❤️
What an incredible Nationals journey this has been!

2 years ago, I came to Whistler to compete in the Pre-Comp Title. It opened my eyes to how talented and passionate all the competitive dancers were. I dreamed of one day being one of them, and now I’m so grateful and proud to not only be here, but to receive this incredible honor. ❤️

A huge thank you to my Hip Hop teacher @oohelendang ❤️Out of more than 100 contestants, I was the only one who chose Hip Hop for the title competition. Thank you for teaching me that I can truly be myself, express who I am, and represent the culture I love. I enjoyed every second of it, and I did it! 🔥

Thank you to my Stage Solo teacher @nelmaccc ❤️
I love acting, and combining acting with dance is double the fun! Thank you for helping me enjoy every moment and for guiding me throughout the entire season to bring this performance to life.

Thank you to my studio @danceco_marlowewindsor and all of my teachers. ❤️ Thank you for your guidance, support, and encouragement throughout the season. This year helped me grow so much, not just as a dancer, but as a person. I worked really hard to do my best, learned how to overcome my nerves, and most importantly, enjoyed every moment I stepped onto the stage.

Thank you for always practicing with me, cheering me on, and making me laugh.

And finally, beyond the awards and recognition, the best part of this journey was the people. ❤️ Spending this week with my DCO teammates, my Team Canada Dance family, the dancers I first met at the Pre-Comp Title at Nationals 2 years ago, and so many friends from different studios made this week unforgettable. We laughed so much, supported each other, and created memories I’ll always treasure.

I only wish we had more time together, but I know I won’t have to wait too long, because next season will be just around the corner! Thank you everyone! ❤️✨💃

It is truly hard to believe that five seasons with @viewdancechallenge have already come and gone. Now that the curtain has closed on our 2026 competition season, my heart is so full; I couldn’t be prouder of the way our team poured their hearts and souls into every detail, elevating it to new heights. Our Nationals this year was a milestone of beautiful firsts from an operational and media perspective, and I can say with absolute certainty that we have outdone ourselves in every possible way. These photos are a glimpse of some of the memories this season.

Looking back at everything we’ve built together, I am reminded that this more than just a competition. The growth I’ve witnessed in my VIEW Fam is the true highlight of my journey so far, and it humbles me to think of the collective magic we created this season. I cannot wait to see what lies ahead, knowing that with this incredible team, our best and brightest moments are still waiting just around the corner.

None of this would have been possible without your vision, @kristen_mroziewicz. Thank you for trusting me to be a part of this journey for the last five years and for constantly pushing us to go bigger. Your leadership has been the heartbeat of our success, and I am so grateful to stand alongside you as we step into this exciting next chapter.

View Whistler will always be my favourite and lucky place 🍀. Last year I received Mini Top Mark here, and now—back to back—I’ve come back a year older and earned Junior Top Mark. Two years ago, I competed at Nationals Miss View Title Competition here, and this year I’ll be returning again! I’m so excited to dance with amazing dancers, meet new friends, and spend another incredible week with the studio 💃✨

Also, congratulations to all my Junior Company teammates! 🎉 We placed 1st to 4th in the Overall Top Junior Group Routines Top 5. So proud of us—best team ever, we are on fire 🔥🔥
I had the best week with you all—dancing, swimming 🏊‍♀️, ice cream 🍦, hugs 🤍, laughter 😂… what more could I ask for in life?
