@ronnys_og POP UP AT @batsmen_brewery

We were number 2 in line to try the infamous Corn beef sandwich.

Obviously had to have that @palm_cornedbeef

This wasn’t just a corned beef sandwich — this was Samoa wrapped in a pita. 🇼🇸🔥

The corned beef was packed with flavour, but it was the Samoan touches that made this stand out. The palusami purée brought that rich, familiar island taste, while the shredded cabbage, spicy mayo, and crunchy taro chips added the perfect balance of freshness, heat, and texture.

Then there was the fire-baked bread. Warm, soft, and the perfect vessel to bring all those flavours together.

You could tell every ingredient had been carefully thought through. Nothing felt random. Every element had a purpose, and together they created something that felt both familiar and completely different.

A creative Samoan twist on a classic that’s definitely earned its place.
