☀️ Taking photos is for me like having to breathe - I feel a profound need to do it. Now, before you start jumping down my throat about air being essential to our survival as a human species, I get it, photography is not as important, however I am driven to do it and feel bad about myself if I don't take photos for a larger period of time. I guess there's no poetic way of saying how my fingers itch and my bones ache to be out, in the wild taking photos, every time I am in an enclosed space. 🙈

🌿 Whenever I go somewhere, I always make sure to take my camera with me. It doesn't matter if I'm going for a longer walk with my dog or for a two week vacation abroad - my camera is coming with me. In the end, I don't only have amazing memories but also awesome photos that can show the things I've experienced through the lense. 💚

🦎 Travelling can often put a strain on your relationships. If you travel alone, your parents will worry about you and if you travel somewhere with them, it'll again strain your relationships... Who's the one controling the music? Deciding which road to take? Picking topics to talk about? 🎉
•
🌵 However, it all pays off once you reach your destination. All the yelling is forgotten about, all the hurts are brushed aside and everything seems so trivial compared to the view and the company. 💚

🏔️ Travel. Explore. Grow. 🏔️

Travelling around Europe can be really easy if you find the right connections. This train can take you to location A, where a bus will pick you up and take you to location B. And so on and so forth... ✨ Sometimes these locations can be total tourist baits but sometimes they can make you think about your life. They can make you question the way you conduct yourself and the way you take on each day. 🐾 You can choose to love people and the nature around you or you can try to forcibly change it all. I choose love - if we love enough, maybe the world will change for us. 🐼

👑 An oldie but a goodie. When walking the streets of Peschiera, I felt like I've walked those streets before. It's just one of those towns that feels ancient and yet timeless at the same time. ✨

Have you ever felt like that in the past? Where was it? 🌍

🌲 "Hello? ... Yes, Santa? Can I preorder some happiness and friendship for next year's Christmas?" 🎅
•

•
💚 As the year is winding down and we have less that 48 hours of 2018 left, I wanted to share with you what I am grateful for this year: × my amazing family
× 🐼🌲🌍
× inspirational ideas
× my awesome friends
× the colours of nature
× great memories I will take into the next year
× the gourmet foods and drinks I've tasted for the first time
× my Instagram family

I am happy because I am grateful. I choose to be grateful. That gratitude allows me to be happy. 💎 •
Thank you so much for coming along on this journey; for loving me and appreciating my rants. You mean so much to me! Have an amazing end of 2018 and let's start 2019 with the ones closest to us (animals and plants included). 😄

☀️ Spending time with your loved ones and cherishing their outlooks on life is one of the most important things in my life. Being respectful to all your family members can teach you so much about their ways of living ... 🌲 Christmas for our family is a time of reflection and self reflection. We take a look at our past year. We take a look at what we have done and what we could change. But most of all, we take a look at ourselves as a family - what have we done for each other? 💪 •
Let's spread the Holiday love. What have you done for your family this year? Write it down in the comments below, let's share and connect! 'Tis the season of giving after all. 💚

🌲 "...It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas
Everywhere you go
Take a look in the five and ten glistening once again
With candy canes and silver lanes aglow

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas
Toys in every store
But the prettiest sight to see, is the holly that will be
On your own front door (...) It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas
Soon the bells will start
And the thing that will make them ring, is the carol that you sing
Right within your heart

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas
Soon the bells will start
And the thing that will make them ring, is the carol that you sing
Right within your heart
It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas, Christmas, Christmas, Christmas, Christmas..." - Johnny Mathis 🎅

👑 It's almost Christmas time. What are some of your family's traditions for this time of year? •
🐬 Our family meets up on three different days - one day is for the closest ones, parents and children only; the second is for my mum's family and the third is for my dad's. We always exchange small but meaningful gifts and well wishes, hoping each of us has an amazing year ahead of them. 🎅
•
💪 With this post I wish all of you an amazing week! May your health be steady and your hearts filled with love and acceptance. 💚
