#ArtBaselParis is starting soon ! Find us on booth A46 from October 21 to 25 at the Grand Palais to discover our selection for this edition.

For this new edition of Art Basel Paris, #GalerieChristopheGaillard presents a booth conceived around the notion of the post-industrial condition, exploring how artists have absorbed, transformed, and resisted the material, symbolic, and psychological legacies of industrial modernity. Bringing together key historical figures and contemporary artists, the presentation reaffirms the gallery’s long-term commitment to both the estates it represents and to artists whose practices actively shape today’s art scene.

» Alain Jouffroy, Les Objecteurs, 1965

Opening in Paris : group show 'Les Objecteurs'
See you on Saturday, September 5, 4pm-8pm to discover a new exhibition featuring Arman, Tetsumi Kudo, Daniel Pommereulle, Jean-Pierre Raynaud, Daniel Spoerri, Pierre Ardouvin, Eric Baudart, Anita Molinero, David Douard and Mimosa Echard.

« Nothing is objective for the objectors. […] An object is thus defined as an encounter between two projections: one calling out to us, the other striking us. The objectors, as I define them, sit at the focal point of this encounter. [...] Faced with their work, we find ourselves in the same situation, each surprised to see the world. »
Alain Jouffroy, Les Objecteurs, 1965
